Stopped in on the fly to make a bouquet for my Mom who is is the hospital. I selected my stems and they arranged with additional greenery, cellophane, and a pretty bow. There was no wait, all the flowers were super fresh, not the biggest selection but just what I needed to make a beautiful bouquet and I imagine they may have had more variety in a cooler, not sure. Most importantly, her arrangements have been stunning - the best I've ever seen. This has NOTHING to do with the flowers itself and EVERYTHING to do with the customer service. I got on the phone and ordered for pick up explaining to the lady I had never ordered flowers before & it was my first time. I told her I ONLY wanted Sunflowers + greens. She said ok how many it's $3.50 each. I said 10 just putting a number out there bc again, never ordered b4. She said "ok what is your price point? $45?" I said sure okay just going with it because that seemed fair. I come to pick it up and there is THREE Sunflowers with a whole bunch of other flowers which was disappointing for me bc I didn't want to distract from the Sunflowers I wanted the Sunflowers I made that clear over phone. She goes "oh they must have read it wrong I do apologize" with another older lady as well as herself both dealing with me. I'm just standing there waiting for them to tell me what they're gonna do to make it right but they tell me oh u can pay an extra $30 for more Sunflowers which I'm not doing bc I'm already annoyed at this point. She looked at me & goes "oh well 10 flowers are usually wrapped & are a lot more then the $50 which I paid" KNOWING I've never ordered from them or anywhere else like I'm stupid. And I said to her "U never told me it would be that much, u didn't communicate to me". She goes "I've already apologized" basically saying what the fu** do u want me to do about it. Both older ladies are just staring at me so pretty much I have to come up with a way they're gonna make it right bc I was not happy & they didn't seem to care what so ever. So I say ok can you just add like 2 or 3 sunflowers to it. She goes in the back & comes back with ONE more sunflower & goes "I added 1, u don't have to pay I won't charge u" like making sure I know I don't have to give them the extra $3! Did they want a cookie? It took pulling teeth to even get that extra sunflower. At this point I'm annoyed and upset at how I was treated honestly. I've managed a business before & that is NOT how u treat a customer, a NEW one at that. They didn't care that it wasn't what I wanted they just wanted me to be ok with it & get their money bc at one point she goes "well they're pretty". I know they are pretty but it wasn't what I ordered. Now bc they didn't want to make it right & treat me like a good business would I will never be returning & they've lost me just solely based on how I was treated. read more

I was holding a 60's theme birthday party for my wife who was turning 60 and came up with the idea of giving everyone a daisy at the door. I had talked to another florist before and got put off with the hidden fees approach they took. A Special Rose Florist explained how the daisies came (several to a stem) and then she suggested we try daisy headbands for my wife and daughters. Everything turned out great. The daisies were fresh, the head bands with daisies and babies breath were beautiful and carefully packaged and the price was very reasonable. I would go here again. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT GO TO THE STORE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE TREATED THIS WAY!!! Today at 5pm I had worst experience ever as a customer!!! My boyfriend is currently out of country, and he ordered in advance roses for me for Valentines Day, this is the receipt on 250$. So the roses were not delivered to the apartment where I live, and I had to go to the store, and ask why is that? There were 3 workers at that time, woman who I talked to was old lady. She was so disrespectful, her voice and attitude towards me were awful. She called me a LIAR, and said that I came to the store just like that to because I have no other things to do, and that she is busy with another customers. However I was in the line and waited my turn. So next I explained to her, that I have no pleasure to be at this time here and lying about whole this situation, and if I lied obviously I would not have the receipt from the store. After all of these bullshit I went through while talking to her, she finally managed to call the deliver guy and he said that HE DIDNOT DELIVER IT TO MY APARTMENT, but to the office. However, my boyfriend left my number to them and NOBODY CALLED. They just accused me of being a liar, and that I received flowers and was complaining just like that! I do not know what to do the office is closed and I am really sad from the woman who made it so personal to me, that I feel I am no longer welcomed at any store. Because she said to the other stuff NOT TO TALK TO ME, and when I was asking questions about my boyfriend's order for me, THEY WERE NOT REPLYING, LIKE I DONT EXCIST. She left to the another room, and I asked stuff to call her, but they said just leave the store after basically I spent 250$ in there. That was so awful!
