I highly recommend working with Jeremy and his floral shoppe. I was blown away by their service and the pride they take in their craft and I give them a 12/10 star review. I feel that the simplest and easiest ways of wooing and wowing customers have gone out the window in today's service world but I was wooed and wowed today. I received flowers today and they were placed on my doorstep. In a shaded spot. But then...I also received a phone call from John. The delivery guy. John was trying to get in touch with me to let me know that he had placed a "perishable item" on my door step and wanted me to be aware since it was hot outside. He told me he tried to place it in the shade as best as possible. When I arrived home about 5 min after the phone call, I saw that the item was fresh flowers in a glass vase. Simple and easy right? But yet I was blown away. Blown away because he cared that much about the quality of the delivery. The flowers. Took time to call me to tell me about an item yet not ruin the surprise. Everything John did to wow me as a customer was top notch...all it took was a phone call. I contacted John afterwards to thank him and I asked him how I could ensure people heard about his amazing service. He works for The Nature Shoppe Florist in Tampa and the owner is Jeremy. I spoke with Jeremy to give my glowing review of John and also the glowing review of the gorgeous floral arrangement. Jeremy and his partner purchased the floral shoppe in March from the previous owner that opened it originally here in Tampa in 1975. Jeremy told me they offer subscriptions where you can have fresh flowers delivered at an interval that works for you and your asthetic...asking questions that pay attention to every detail from your favorite colors, flowers, lighting, even asking about allergies and pets in the home so they don't make a floral arrangement that could induce reactions or that are toxic to your household animals. This takes the cake for a downtown Tampa florist shop that made a lovely flower arrangement I presented to my nephew in law's fiancée the day of their small wedding. Nature Shop has a quaint and almost rustic style for Tampa standards I feel. Leland, Troy and the rest of the folks were patient with my request. Because it was a wedding, I wanted some soft blues, you know a Hydrangea had to go in there and some pretty fillers to bring the arrangement to life. While I hardly lean towards loud flower colors in a bouquet and Nature Shop didn't have any soft antiquey blues, I bent a little this time and got a bluish-purpleish delphinium to blend in my soft hue bunch. These folks went over and beyond with the bouquet to brighten my day as well as gift the soon-to-be bride with something she didn't expect. And at $25, I couldn't beat that. read more

The arrangement was only so-so. The most expensive flowers, the roses, died within 2 days. The rest of the arrangment was made up of much less expensive flowers like carnations and fillers, which lasted about a week. Very disappointed that the roses never even bloomed. They were very small and not very healthy looking from the beginning. My husband paid extra for those roses. read more

The last time I used The Nature Shop was almost two years ago. I order flowers for Xmas, but the roses never open and every time I used them, the flowers never come to a complete bloom. So I stopped using The Nature Shop and when I walked into the shop to complain, it took a while for someone to approach me, there were two present, one on the phone and the second one came down the stairs after a bit and I asked for the owner. He replied that he was the owner and his name was Hector something, looked @ late 70's years old, I think, approached me with an attitude as thou I was putting him out.
