Love this shop! We had a simple interaction with them that was quick and easy. We needed a wreath stand for a memorial service and we needed it within a 24-hour turnaround. Though they didn't have it, they were able to get it for us in time! The price was a little steep for our liking, but we needed it so we obliged. The flowers were beautiful upon arrival...but after a day, one flower was dead and thrown away. It has been less than two days and the others are dying as well. The flowers are cut extremely short, which is probably why they are dying so quickly. The vase is different than what what was described on the website. There is also a leaf tied to a stick in the arrangement which is something I have never seen before. This is the lowest quality arrangement I have ever seen... for $75 delivered, your money is better spent elsewhere. read more

Because my request was somewhat unusual, I worked hard to describe what I wanted. They said they could handle it. The flowers were delivered, but the presentation was off. I called the next day. The communication wasn't precise. I hoped Mona's would have helped me get the description of what I wanted in florist language. I didn't want a refund. They did deliver the flowers. But I expected them to be accountable. They never offered that option. Be sure you are exceptionally precise when communicating with Mona's. Mistakes happen.
