I ordered a floral bouquet to be delivered to my brother in the hospital. However, my brother was unexpectedly released the evening before the delivery. I left a voice message about his release for the florist, but she did not receive it. Although the florist didn't receive my voice message about the change, she called me after the delivery attempt at the hospital. She kindly offered to deliver the bouquet to my brother's home instead. This level of customer service was excellent! On July 19, 2022 I thought I would support a small business but being that I was in the hospital most of the day preparing for surgery on that Thursday I didn't get a chance to order anything and really wanted a big pick me up. A week ago, I had come off the road from traveling for a few days and had been tied up nearly all day in meetings when I remembered that I had not arranged for flowers and it was my wife's and my anniversary. This was 2:45 and I knew I wouldn't be able to get out and to a florist by 5, when they all close, so I called Floral Impressions. They were awesome and advised that they could deliver that afternoon on their way home! How relieved do you think I was!?? Anyway, I asked about their selection of rose colors and they had 7-8 colors and I went with the purple/pink, as they sounded unique. When they quoted the price, I was pleasantly surprised and thought "We'll see what they look like and how they hold up". I cannot say enough positive things about the ladies at Floral Impressions! My husband and I came to Tampa for his aunt's funeral this week and wanted to send flowers for the graveside service. The funeral home gave us a reference but the company seems to be out of business; Teleflora and FTD selections were extremely limited and very expensive. Finally my husband checked some Yelp reviews and we decided to try Floral Impressions. We explained to Lana that we wanted the arrangement to included some of his aunt's favorite colors, purple and periwinkle, not just white, and what our price range was. There was a mix-up by the funeral home about taking the flowers to the gravesite, but Lana helped us straighten things out. During a stressful time her kindness and patience were much appreciated.
