Ok over all nice looking place and polite person who runs it, but she doesn't answer the phone or always call you back. My belongings were in there for 1 year. I notice water damage at the top of the inside insulation by the door, and dampness in some of my items. There was mold on my rugs and a few other belongings and rust on metal items. 2 months after trying to contact about this I finally left a message that I would go to small claims court over this. She told me I had no right and had to insure my self. Well I looked it up and remembered from law school that if its their negligence they are not protected by a contractual waiver. I called her back and told her this and she said 'there is no roof leak.' We checked. Well I said there is water damage inside in the insulation so there is a leak some where. Owner has a duty to maintain. read more
