I phoned multiple times after showing up in-perosn, and they said they'd call me back. They never called me back. I am now set to depart the country and have STILL not received my unit. I have nowhere to store my vehicle, and even though I've already paid a deposit, I now need to scramble last minute to find another option. It is incredibly concerning that a business whose sole purpose is to be "secure and reliable" is this unreliable.

The pricing is unbeatable, and I've used them twice now. Once moving my parents from their house to a retirement community and then again to move their stuff into storage when they finally had to move into an assisted living facility. Throughout both moves not a single thing was broken, came up missing or was otherwise mishandled. Then to top it all off after they did such an excellent job I wrote them a check which frickin bounced! I haven't bounced a check in twenty years, but I wrote this from an old bank account which was closed without realizing I grabbed the wrong check book. No matter, Joe was very understanding and we met up and took care of it. I expected him to be super unhappy about it but he just shrugged and said these things happen. He's just a super nice guy, a great mover, and overall a godsend when you need to make a smooth transition into a new place.
