They worked through all permits. They knew the dates I would be at the property and started the project a month sooner than they thought to match my dates. At the start of the project, they were given a couple of challenges and they handles them GREAT. I moved the location of the gate and had to go through the HOA. They were totally accommodating and waited through the delay as well as helped get their internal approvals The yard had a long dip and they altered the alignment of the fence to look and functional fantastic They proactively ensure my sprinklers would be okay and advised where I needed to move a few. They walked me through it, installed the fence to not cause any issues and flagged the sprinkler heads The office called me before, during and after to ensure my satisfaction. Service is just as important as results and they are GREAT at both. The wood, hardware and gates are beautiful and will last many years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

Your company would have charged me more, being your wife's measurements were higher than two other estimates. And no way I'd give anyone half down. All in all, not good business practices. New, inexperienced, fence company. Woman who came out to measure for an estimate brought her toddler with her. Who does that??? The baby could barely walk around on my lawn. Cody gave me a bid for tiling my backsplash (~30 sq ft) that seemed good, so I hired him. He showed…read moreup an hour late (though he let me know beforehand that he was running late). We went over the work that needed to be done and he commenced work. A while later I needed to leave to run an errand (my wife was home though). When I got back, Cody's truck was gone, there were a lot of cut sheets of tile, but nothing on the wall and no Cody. I found a message from him on Yelp asking me to call him, which I did. It turns out he has "lost confidence" and abandoned the job. He said he tried to tell my wife before leaving, but she was unaware of this. When I spoke to Cody on the phone he indicated that I didn't owe him anything, and did offer to put me in touch with someone he felt could do the job. I didn't go with his recommendation mainly because I didn't have enough trust in him to make that choice. The guy I did hire was able to reuse some of the cut tile Code had left, but we needed to buy 5 more sheets nevertheless. There may be lots of things Cody is good at, but tiling a backsplash with herringbone tile sheets is not one of them, and abandoning a job is just not OK.

There was an issue with our survey and the original fence had been installed ridiculously incorrectly. We set up a job time for the following week. The office was great with communication, verifying with me the night before and the day of. I had another fairly well known fence company come out for a quote and he refused to deal with the fencing because it was "snap rail". The guy actually got a little snotty with me because "his office girl was supposed to have weeded this kind of thing out before he drove all the way over". Insert eye roll and chuckle here. Don't use those guys. Use Treasure Coast Fence. Pricing was absolutely reasonable as well, great value. The communication was not there! Now with regards to the vinyl fence, I have called every day for over 2 weeks plus writing them several times (over 15 calls). They have never called me back. I can understand if there are staffing issues or they cannot get the fence but they are not communicating any of that. It saddens me to have to post this of a veteran owned local company, but I strongly suggest you not use this company. Their lack of response is just poor business practice there is no other way to put it.
