Ordered a piece of glass and was told it would be ready later that day and they would call me. Needless to say I never received a call..

Alfredo, Response time was on point. Professional, kind and knowledgeable…read more Alfredo Fixed my front door to close correctly and making my home safe. Alfredo explained to me why this door of my had not been closing correctly. He installed the proper screws needed for my door jam. I did not need to worry about my door opening with the wind or never closing properly. So grateful. Amazing gentleman. Safe and sound

Alfredo is a top notch professional and the right man for the job!…read more I started this project with an odd request. I wanted a bifold door that opened 180 degrees. I have a limited size office space and found it annoying that my door was taking up almost 3ft of wall! So after some Googling I found a door that would solve my problem for my niche space. I recieved quotes from a handful of people, all of which were uncharging me for expensive custom door hinges or trying to offer alternatives which would not fit the space. When I sent the project request to Alfredo, we discussed the project in detail and, while he had never done this style of door before, assured me it would not be any more difficult than any of his other interior door projects. On top of that, after discovering that my current door was solid wood, he said we could simply reuse it and save me some money. He picked up my door, took it to his shop, and came back later that week to install it. He went above and beyond what I had envisioned and even repaired the old holes from the previous door installation (the door was preciously installed on the other side of the frame. I could not be happier! Next time I have an interior door project, Alfredo is my guy! Thanks again! Boom boom!

I brought in a brand-new door to have it drilled for hardware. During that time, the wood split…read moredirectly from the bore hole and separated down the face of the door. Two contractors looked at it and immediately identified it as drilling stress. Instead of even considering that possibility, I was told repeatedly that it "can only be water damage." The door is dry. It has never been exposed to significant moisture. But there was zero willingness to discuss that. What was most frustrating wasn't the mistake, it was the refusal to take any responsibility or work toward a fair solution. We live less than half a mile away and were actively purchasing additional doors that same day. Rather than try to make it right, the conversation became defensive and rigid. As a customer, you want to feel like a business stands behind its work. That didn't happen here. I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Two separate contractors looked at it and immediately said the drill bit lifted the wood fibers and caused the split. Not water. Not "moisture bubbling." Mechanical stress from drilling. The door is bone dry. We live 0.4 miles away. It was transported covered. There has been zero exposure to the kind of water that would cause structural separation. You'd need a flood, not a short drive home. And at the very least, the door would have still been wet. These pictures were taken less than 20 minutes from when the door was picked up. Rather than take responsibility, we were told it "can only be water" and offered to have it "steamed." Steam. For a drilling split. We were actively purchasing three additional doors the same day. Those have now been canceled. We've found another supplier who understands how doors, and accountability, work. Mistakes happen. Refusing to own them is the real issue.

Meticulous and beautiful work! We originally contacted Omar at the last minute to do a closet demo…read moreprep for a new closet installation. He and his team did such a great job that we hired them to paint most of the interior of our new home. We could not be happier with the process or result. He is an excellent communicator. We had so many questions and kept changing our mind about paint color, and he patiently answered them all, helping us make the right decision. His estimates are detailed and accurate. They spent the final afternoon cleaning up and left the home super tidy. He is an artist and a professional. And he is fully insured too!

We had him tackle a significant makeover and paint job on our 122 year old cottage. Omar's bid was a good 20% higher than #2. We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. He also had a new kitchen window created from scratch to match the ones in the rest of the old house. Over the 3 - 4 week project, Omar and his crew invariably left the place immaculate, no clutter, no mess. The answer to nearly ever request was "Yes, we can do that." While they are not cheap, the tab for all of the extras we asked for was fair. And we have no doubt that the work will hold up very well. When you think about how valuable your home is, why would you not hire the best in the business to fix whatever is wrong with it? The property will appreciate, and pay you back 10X over.
