The initial quote provided was not only misleading, but I also felt pressured as they attempted to hustle me and change the prices during the service. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout the process, leaving me with a sense of frustration and disappointment. I strongly advise potential customers to approach this company with caution and be vigilant about any unexpected changes in pricing. Great service from the time I called to make an appointment with an incredibly friendly and helpful person down to the professionalism of Richard and his assistant. He missed my original appointment time, but called to tell me he was dealing with an emergency situation and would try to work me in the next day if possible (mine was not an emergency situation). He called the next day, Sunday, and came over and emptied my septic tank quickly and efficiently after explaining the associated costs. Mr. C's Plumbing and Septic serviced my septic tank this morning. The guys arrived in the window that had been provided to me and made a great impression. They serviced the tank, explained to me what they found, finished up and repaired the concrete lid. Richard is a top professional. So the two guys who came out to actually empty the septic tank were great. However, they told me that my pump was burned out So I asked for an estimate regarding how much it would be to fix it. Someone from the office sent me an estimate And I said okay let's go ahead and do it. No one called me back. I called them several times and finally someone named Kemble called But was very vague and said somebody from the office would call me. Again nobody called me. Even though I told them that I would pay for the work, I am doing far more work than they are and at this point I'm tired of tracking them down. Had my septic serviced and paid over $500; I was having problems this was not a maintenance call. A week later I had issues again, they came out and said I need a new drain field which was about 8k then it went to 10k for a new tank and field due to the age of the tank. They said they could flush it again, I said ok. Then he says it would cost me another $250 to flush it again. Told them to cover it up and have a nice day. Why couldn't he see this issue a week ago when they serviced it for over $500.?. read more

From the receptionist to the guys that came to do the job, I had an excellent customer service experience with this company. Don't hire them, two years ago they told me I needed to change the pipes, which costed $3500 plus $1500 of city permits and resoding my backyard (requisite of the city to approve the permite) This week I called them again, and the first thing the guy says is that I need to change the pipes. When I told them that they changed them 2 years ago, immediately he changed the subject. They tell everyone the same thing. I don't trust them. If you are thinking of hiring them at least get a second opinion before giving them your money. read more

After calling number ours other septic companies who promised to come out to give me an estimate and paperwork for the permits, I called Mr. C's. I was hesitant due to the previous negative reviews and was pleasantly impressed. They came out when they said. They replaced my septic tank system and drain field. I Wish I Could Use a NEGATIVE number. I would STAY away from them at all cost. Please do yourself a favor. These guys are in the lying and stealing business 100%. The story is too long and painful. A series of bad work done in my house including relocation of a big drain field that had to be done twice because it did not pass inspection the first time. The last episode is about replacing and removing a sewer pump that went bad (that they had installed two years prior). They said the new pump had 1 year warranty. and the installation was done FEB 11, 2016 at an incredible cost of $1500! Now the pump went bad (after only 7 months). Donald (one of the partners) came in and said that they needed to charge $180 just to open the tank to see IF the pump was working or not (!?) after I called him to report continuous noise from the pump. I refused to pay $180 for that. I had to clean my septic and pump tank anyways so I emptied the tank with a real and serious company and they confirmed that the pump went out. I called Donald to report that its confirmed that the pump went bad (after 6 months) and I needed a replacement under warranty ASAP. Donald then said: "I can not honor the warranty because another company serviced the tank". I said: They just emptied the tank which was full because the pump was not working, I have video of the whole thing!. But 1hr later Donald they said it has no warranty! Please stay away from these rats. I wish I had read reviews from these scumbags. In the middle of my conversations with this Donald, I was able to get a hold of Mr Kemble (owner), who actually recognized that Donald should not have said I should be charged $180! just to inspect the pump. He did however said that they can not honor the warranty if some other company worked on the tank. I said to Donald: I have everything on video, the other company has 30 years in business and they just emptied the tank. his answer? "where does it say on my paper that the pump has a warranty" and HUNG the phone on me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, worst customer service, worst service. A total, simple Direct FRAUD. This will not stay like this. I'll update once I have justice. Once again, I wish somebody warned me about these rats. Stay away. read more
