Leigh walked us through everything, she listened to our vision of our cakes for our wedding day and she made them happen. Not only did the cakes look amazing (we got so many compliments on how cute and amazing they looked), but they also tasted amazing!! Most of the time, wedding cakes are dry and tasteless, not Leigh's cakes! The red velvet with salted caramel filling was gone so fast, everyone was raving about how delicious the cakes were. Leigh made three wonderful cakes for Mom's 90th birthday party for 100 friends and staff at her assisted living. The almond cake with raspberry filling was the favorite! The lemon could have had a little more lemon curd and both the chocolate and lemon cakes could have been more moist, but I'm very, very picky. The three cake took center stage for an ice-cream social themed birthday. Leigh was on time, did a quick set-up and brought a lovely bouquet for Mom.
