Looks like I found my new favorite dessert spot! If you love mangoes you'll love this spot. Their mango pancake might be the best light dessert I've had in a long time - so light and airy! I ordered two mango pancakes and mochi. Both were delicious! I'd choose the pancake over tue mochi because I loved whipped cream. If you're not a fan of whipped cream get the mochi! The mochi is just filled with succulent mango. Employees are super friendly and the store is bright and clean. Looking forward to the next time I'm in the area so, I can try some more sweets.
Yum! Stopped here today after lunch for a little dessert. Loved how clean and spacious it is! The staff member was welcoming and so kind to answer all my questions on the menu items. I ordered the coconut jelly with watermelon and chewy balls-so good, refreshing, not overly sweet, and light! Also had the egg waffle which was excellent! Highly recommend!

My favorite drink is their D3, which is their mango pomelo and sago. It's a bit on the pricier side and a really heavy dessert. So probably best to get it in between meals or get it for a summer treat! I've gotten their other drinks like the mango and coconut with aloe or crystal jelly. Their jellies itself have no flavor, really just to chew while drinking something refreshing and delicious. They have this store in CA and my parents really like their mango mochi. I always see their mango pudding, but I've never actually gotten it. Overall, definitely recommend. It is located in the super busy ranch99 plaza with BCD tofu, kickin crab, 85 degrees, etc so make sure you arrive early to find some parking. They have a pretty open and spacious spot so tons of seating. Definitely check them out if you haven't already.
Got dessert at hui lau Shan in Carrollton. This popular Hong Kong mango dessert chain opened here last year. I got the mango delightful trio which includes mango chunks and I believe some kind of coconut milk and purple rice? It was pretty refreshing and the mangoes were solid. It isn't mango season yet so I know these would hit more in the summer. I recommended the coconut jelly mango to one of my friends and they loved it. My other friend got the mango chewy ball. You can never really go wrong with anything at this place. It tend to get packed all the time and some times you you're lucky to have an open table

I ordered the Mango Chewy Ball, Mango Pancake, and Yogurt Mango. The Mango Chewy Ball was delicious, with mango slush, mango chunks, mochi, and coconut mango ice cream. I highly recommend it, as it's something you'll want to eat again. If you're sharing with someone, I suggest getting the large size. The Mango Pancake is more like a crepe rather than an actual pancake. The Yogurt Mango drink was refreshing, not too sweet, and very tasty. The store is clean, and weekdays are not crowded, so I recommend going on a weekday. On weekends, parking can be difficult as it's located in a busy shopping center in the heart of Carrollton

I'm having a hard time describing this dessert besides just a mango dessert with some sort of mango liquid, cut up mango fruit, and some "chewy balls", maybe mochi. The mango tasted fresh, but the overall dish was nothing special. It's a great mango dessert, but for the price, it's not really worth it. Overall, I would recommend if you really like mango or else there's better options.
We came here for dessert after dinner and ordered the D5 drink to share. It's a mix of mango and coconut juice with aloe jelly. The flavor was good, but not quite as good as the Vegas location. The aloe jelly pieces were also very long and would be better cut into smaller pieces. My friends got the desserts and seemed like they really enjoyed theirs. Besides that, the service was great and friendly which we appreciated.
This mango dessert café is tucked in the ever-busy plaza with all the other Asian restaurants and shops. We came by on a Saturday night around 6 p.m. While the café itself wasn't too crowded, it was terribly painful finding a parking spot. The interior has a lot of yellow décor because "mango". There's plenty of seating and it was pretty spacious overall. The music was a bit loud, which made it hard to hear when our order number was called. We ordered a Pomelo & Mango with Sago. I meant to order the drink but wasn't paying attention and didn't realize until my order arrived that I'd ordered the frozen dessert with the same name. My fault entirely. Despite not intending to get it, I loved the dessert - the bitterness of the pomelo, the sweet and lightly sour mango, the cold and slushy sago, all mixed in coconut milk with a dollop of mango ice cream, were perfect.
They deserve the name as mango experts. Go for what they're famous for - the mango sago! My friends introduced me to this chain from Hong kong that has a spot in texas. I was quite impressed with the coconut, dairy, and sweetness of the mango mixed. I definitely recommend! The atmosphere was cute and color coordinated and the drinks are also prepared in a cute way. The staff was nice and helpful too!
This dessert shop is by far the best mango-themed dessert spot in the Dallas area. The desserts are amazing and made with fresh mango. I was pleasantly surprised by how well mango pairs with so many ingredients, such as purple rice, coconut milk, and pomelo. We visited on a weekend with a group of four and were seated easily. The service was quick--our desserts were ready within 5-10 minutes--and the staff was friendly. My favorite item was the mango coconut duo mix, which had the perfect balance of sweetness from the mango and the richness of the purple rice. My least favorite was the durian pancake, as it contained a lot of cream and felt a bit too filling for my taste.

Everything is good here. If you like mango, you need to stop by! My only thing is it gets pricy real quick. I spent $20 on a drink and a box of mango mochi (6 pcs). I love the mango swirl drink, i think that's my favorite because it has jasmine tea and cheese foam~~~ the mango pomelo coconut sago is good too if you're craving for something creamier. The black rice with durian is gooood~~~ same goes for the mango chewy balls. I think everything on the menu is worth it! I just wish it was cheaper, i want to order more than 1 item but it's like $7-10 for one item already. The mango mochis are good and they last pretty long in the fridge without it getting hard. Kinda pricy though for 6 pieces $10.95 and they're pretty small. Please change price to $8.95. read more

Very fresh mangos and overall good desserts! The mango crisp was interesting with a cube of mango ice cream sandwiched between crumbled biscuit or cookie. It was a unique dessert, but not necessarily one I'd crave. The coconut jelly with mango was super interesting! I liked the texture and sweetness level. Thick pudding tofu like. Wouls definitely get again, plus their mochi balls and sago was great! The service was fast considering how busy it was. read more

I stopped in here when I was visiting Royce chocolate this weekend and they have really fun, unique desserts, and snacks. Really cute spot. The people working were super friendly and answered my questions and gave some good recommendations. I enjoyed my mango passionfruit drink! read more

Okay so I was really excited to try this place because I LOVE mangos. Don't get me wrong it's good and the mango they use here is perfectly sweet...but I just think it's a little overhyped. They have a decent variety of drinks and dessert so you'll have to come a few times to find your go-to order. I liked how the mango romance/flight let you try multiple desserts! If you're think about ordering the Mango Yogurt just know that it's definitely a THICK yogurt. We thought it would be like a Yakut drink but it's not. You'll probably need to eat it with a spoon. Service is standard but it can get super busy and chaotic in there during the weekends. Definitely try the place out if you haven't but it's not my go-to dessert place in Carrollton. read more

Omg the most refreshing mango treat! My friends and I came here like twice and every time is a good time. They are busy like always, which is a good thing but the wait is worth it. Definitely will come back. All their mango treats are delicious, you order up front and it's self service/pick up at the front. Staff is generally kind. Atmosphere is busy but it's a cute spot. My all time favorite dessert spot!! The jumbo mango pomelo sago never misses and is easily shared between 3-4 people. Go during the summer while the mangos are in season! Sweet mango, creamy coconut, and tart pomelo make for a perfectly balanced bite. read more

I don't usually get drinks when I go out but I'm always down to try new drinks at Hui Lau Shan. I got the Mango and coconut jelly with aloe jelly and it was the perfect sweetness. I love how chewy the jelly is, the blended mango with the coconut cream tip is so yummy! Service was SO quick. I'll be back to try more yummmy desserts. read more

Definitely overpriced for what it is. I ordered a taro sago with chewy balls. It was underwhelming. The taro were presented in large, square chunks. The taro was hard. You definitely have to bite into them. It was difficult to use the plastic spoon to cut them into friendly bite sizes. The taro didn't have any flavor. It would be better if the taro was cut up in smaller bites. The dish mainly consisted of coconut milk and sago with like 7 chewy balls. I recommend trying the mango. It was more flavorful and fun to eat. read more

We ordered mango coconut sago drink, durian pancake, black glutinous coconut jelly. Be warned, if you plan to order extra to take home to eat the next day, be wary of the ingredients. Some items don't refrigerate overnight well. For example, the balls on the jelly do not. I imagine boba wouldn't either. I am HOOKED on the mango coconut sago drink. It is good. That sweet tart flavor hits the spot every time leaving me refreshed and wanting more. Im not a fan of the pancake durian, but everything has been good too. Service has been awesome. Ambiance is casual. We usually order to go though but it's a chill place if you want to hang out. read more

I love Hui Lau Shan so much, I'm soo happy they opened one in Dallas! I've been a huge fan ever since I first tried it years ago in California. My favorite is the D3 Mango Pomelo sago!! The pomelo pieces are tart and add some texture to the mango sago. There are also mango pieces inside and coconut milk. I always inhale this drink so quickly when I order it. It's a bit on the heavier side as mango sago usually is, it's kind of like a smoothie! I also love the Purple Sweet Potato Osmanthus Rice Mochi so much, it's so delectable and even has pieces of purple rice in it. It tastes kind of like a taro dessert and I love getting it hot. It's hard to describe how good it is, but highly recommend trying it if you love mochi and sweet potato. The service is quick for the amount of customers bc it's always soo busy. I wish they had more tables inside though because it's hard to get seating during busy hours. But I'll definitely be back! read more
My second time here. It is on Sunday afternoon, the store is just so busy. I just still cannot believe that there is a Cantonese dessert shop in Dallas. It is full of mango, coconut and pomelo, my favorite for summers, so much childhood memories. If you had been to HK, you know it is very authentic dessert. My mom loves their black sesame porridge, smooth and medium sweet, not powdery stuff from supermarket. The decor looks really modern and the service is fast with so many customers. Saw a lot of posts about this new dessert spot and finally got to try it. It was a decent spot; the storefront was clean and welcoming, with plenty of seating for a post meal snack. The portion size was decent so we ordered a few bowls to share. The black sesame porridge had a right flavor, but the consistency felt too watery. The taro sago chewy ball came with a lot of ingredients, but could use a little more sauce? It tasted bland towards the end. The mango chewy ball was definitely the best, which made sense for that's what they're known for. The ice cream on top was super good and the mango was sweet and refreshing. Still my favorite after dinner treat. I come here a lot since they've opened up a location in the area. Always good and fresh. Even the durian filled pancake thing is good and I dislike durian.
