I booked a massage when another one got canceled elsewhere and I'm so glad I did! The room wa a large and the table was large which I appreciated. It isn't a huge spa with fancy, bathrooms, etc, but it's definitely an experience! Jasmin knows the body and has healing hands. I have never had a massage where the person didn't hurt my lower back. Horrible Service!!! I would comment on the actual massage, but I wasn't able to book my massage! I got a groupon many months ago only to find out that I wouldn't be able to get a massage until 4 months after I bought the groupon. Already disappointed, I booked my massage through the website anyway. When the week before my massage came, I emailed Jasmine to confirm the dates and times, and she said that the appointments were not set and I should re-book for next month through the website! Well, unfortunately since the groupon expired while waiting for my appointment, I could no longer book my massage. (I've had bad luck with those massage deals on Groupon and Living Social - never can get in touch with anyone and always get refunded.) I booked my massage easily - had a livingsocial coupon. I booked Jasmine, but it wasn't her who gave me the massage, in fact, I'm not sure who it was. She didn't introduce herself, didn't ask me to fill out any paperwork, and didn't ask me where my troublespots were. In fact, the lady didn't speak to me one time during the whole service. The service itself was good. I did like the sauna, and I did feel like she did hit some areas in my upper back that were tight during the massage. I bought a Groupon for the 80 min Lomi Lomi massage and recently went in for my massage. *Lomi Lomi massage is very different and was kind of a cool experience but I don't really have to do it again. A little too weird for me. I wanted the work really focused on specific areas and left still in pain. The room was too cold. Not dark enough to relax. The music was all over the place and usually too loud and not soothing. And her phone rang during the appointment. The appointments were IMPOSSIBLE to book. If you work normal work hours no one can get in at 9 am, 11 am or 2 in the afternoon...seriously! I will continue to look for something a little better and even with the Groupon was too expensive for what I was getting. **Lomi Lomi is an ancient Hawwaiian body work. Amazing! Fantastic! Refreshing! I used a Groupon for the 90 minute massage, foot scrub, and mini-facial. Vanessa was my massage therapist, and she gave me possibly the best massage I've ever had! There was just such a natural flow in her technique. I left feeling so relaxed. My body felt like it had been energized, invigorated and pulled together. The experience was also very enjoyable because the room was very tranquil and soothing, everything smelled wonderful, and the massage table was very comfortable. I don't get massages on a regular basis because I've had a couple where I was bruised afterwards; however most have been good with a small handful that stand out as great. To me, getting a massage is very personal, a treat with a little anxiety because 1) I seldom do "me" time and 2) it's an investment in time and money to feel relaxed and have muscles and a lot of tension soothed. My husband purchased a Groupon for a spa treatment at Anointed Touch with Vanessa. Not being one of the "big box massage stores" I wasn't sure what to expect, but Good Heavens! I have never had a better massage, from a more professional, skilled, thoughtful and peaceful therapist, ever. If you've had a massage before you'll know what I mean about having a fluid touch - she has it and with the perfect pressure, strong but not painful at all. I had to tell her, part of the way through, that she was amazing, and she was very kind with a response, but she was quiet afterwards, concentrating on the massage, not turning to a conversation. Don't get me wrong, we talked after my session, and she's wonderful, but she let the massage be just about me (something I'm usually awkward with) - it wasn't silence, it was peace and quiet that she was giving me. I walked out feeling much lighter and more relaxed than I did when I walked in. My muscles where lubed the tension was gone. But also, Vanessa was a pleasure to meet and talk to. She's got a great story, she's a professional and a gifted healer with an inner peace that fits her calling. Jasmin gives a great massage! She has many specialties, one being lomi lomi. It's not easy to find someone who can do that technique. Getting in touch with her is not easy (start-up business) by phone as some of the other reviews note, but using her website to schedule appointments is quick and simple. I have been to Jasmine 4 times now. Each time was better than the last. The whole atmosphere of the office was so peaceful. Jasmine too the time to sit with me first and ask about any concerns I had or muscle areas that needed attention. I started out with one of those online deals. Yes, I had to wait a while for my first appointment, but that's because Jasmine has a lot of people who want to try her massages! She is also running this business on her own, so she has no office staff to schedule appointments while she is with someone. Please cut her some slack on that. Jasmine has been nothing but kind, friendly and courteous each and every time that I've had contact with her. Pros: Great location, brand new office that is clean and spacious. Cons: -One person show, no front desk receptionist -She schedules her appointments too close to one another which doesn't provide time for checking in/out and delays. When I arrived she ran 10 minutes over with her previous client, OK no worries. However, when her next client arrived she ran out of our session to great her at the door as there isn't a front desk receptionist. Also, 6 minutes after our session I was still getting dressed and she knocked on the door for what I gathered was a way to hurry me out of the room because the next client had already been waiting 20 minutes. -I bought a Groupon for "One 60-minute Swedish massage with hot towel treatment and a med spa facial". I understood this as I would receive a 60 minute massage and then a facial. The appointment started at 1:10 and ended at 2:10. This may have been my misunderstanding, but I thought the facial was going to be more in depth and last longer. E-mail confirmation states: "Note*there is a 48 hour cancellation policy that will be enforced. It sucks being the bad guy, but when necessary an email will be sent out if you miss your appointment. So please try not to. A therapist has a job to do and when there is a no show, the bills still need to be paid!" I think this could be reworded to convey the same message, and be more professional. read more

I am so sad Anointed Touch is so far from my place! I got a Groupon, and it was so worth the drive out. They were professional and forthcoming and effective. They have really put a lot of effort into the little things to make their place stand above others, like cloths instead of paper towels in the restroom for example. These details add up as you move through the space. Vanessa did my massage, facial, foot treatment, and neck treatment. Because we spoke before going into the room, we didn't have to communicate in the room. I was free to relax, let my mind wander, meditate, enjoy. After, my friend and I stood and talked to Jasmine and Vanessa in the lobby. They are just delightful people and made us feel so appreciated and positive. It was an experience not just for the body, but also for our minds and souls. I would recommend it in a heartbeat. read more

HORRIBLE communication system... They email me continually. I have asked them to stop countless times and then I receive literally 8-12 emails at once. I called them, emailed them and asked them to stop emailing me. I have marked it as junk and they still email me in my inbox. After the last 12 emails on one day I asked them to stop and the next day they send me 2 more asking me review them on yelp and let everyone know how great they are. DO NOT get on their email list. I had a groupon for a massage and I called them several times and never received a call back. When I finally got someone on the phone they told me to make my appointment online. REALLY you can't write down an appointment over the phone... The 1st and only appointment I made I had a confirmation and they just changed the date and time without calling me or anything. They just sent me an email. Well just changing it over email presented a problem as I could not make that time... It took about a month after that to get in. read more

I would still have to pay $50 after be rejected and neglected for their horrible service. I couldn't imagine going to any service and facing them after all this. However, if I was to ever treat someone like this and for them to go that extra step to report my company, FREE would be the only word out of my mouth. So I have been going to Jasmin since March...here it September and I am still very satisfied. Call me crazy but as far as making appts and paying for them, having those options to do online is SO CONVENIENT! I wish I could do that for any appointment I make, ever, anywhere! Additionally, I get e-mail reminders the day before the massage. I had an issue with the September special, I reached out to Jasmin and she was very quick to fix it. All of this done via e-mail. I look forward to seeing her every month. She is great at what she does and I am still booking as many appts I can in advance (i think 2 months out). I'm not going to argue with the people who had bad reviews but I feel kind of protective of her b/c she's extremely nice, in tune with what my body needs, and has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with over the past 6 months. I went here using a Groupon that was for a "couples" massage, but they said I could go twice or gift one to a friend. I gave my babysitter/friend the other massage. She loved it! Vanessa was my masseuse. She is amazing. I'm pretty sure I woke myself up by snoring. I was so relaxed. I had some crazy knots in my shoulder blade from carrying a 1 year old around.
