Also our couch that we ordered wasn't ready on the day of pick up and we had to drive the next day to pick it up. Good product, but a huge communication hassle and this is not how you run a business, no discounts were offered Update : owner reached out and said to mention that I was compensated for the 2 missing plates, I'm sorry but that's the bare MINIMUM you can do if you're running a business.
