From shallow to deep or slow moving to fast - this is a lovely glimpse into something we rarely get to see, except in our imaginations, dreams, or occassionally on a summer swim. The inside of the centre houses a large interpretation centre with wonderful displays which talk about the river ecosystem and environs as well as other local projects. I followed their instructions and emailed the same day to report the issue, but over a week passed with no response or apology. I had to call the store multiple times over the following weeks just to get any acknowledgement. My original email was never addressed. To make matters worse, when I finally reached someone (the owner, Valerie, I believe), my call was abruptly ended. Overall, this was the poorest customer service experience I've had with a business. I would not recommend ordering here based on my experience.

Techs running presentations were complaining about the main hall being an echo chamber, leading to subdued volume levels for the first full day of the conference. The conference centre was sufficiently clean, but the entire building was not maintained through the conference. A stench was present for the entire conference at one of the key connection points to the host hotel, so you got to get a whiff of it a number of times through the duration. Catering was underwhelming. The majority of meals were handheld, extras were sparse, and the only plated meal of significance was the final one of the conference. If you can get better food several steps from the conference hall, you need to do a better job. Overall the conference was a good experience. However, the drawbacks of the building were apparent. I hope future conferences have this in mind.

Then I found Heather's site linked somewhere among multiple recommendations. I clicked on that link, and found myself very lucky. I am obsessed with her light,airy and natural photography style accurately portrayed through the galleries on her very professional website. The vibe I got from her site, and through her photos made me desperate to contact her as I felt our (my fiance and I) style and approach would be best represented through her skill and photos. It's unique enough to make her stand out above the rest but also timeless enough to be applied to almost anyone. She is very personable, understanding, calm and trustworthy.
