Breakfast served every morning that is hot and customized to your needs. In 8 days there, breakfast was different every morning. Rita is a great resource for what to do and where to go in the area. The rooms are spacious enough, all with private bath and views of the ocean and harbor. Clean, perfectly appointed, and totally comfortable with friendly, interesting guests. Spacious eating area plus separate living room overlooking the ocean. Definitely check it out. We headquartered here and explored the east coast and found it to be a perfect distance from St. John's, Cape Race, and Flatrock and the inbetweens.

After staying in various hotels across the province, it's nice to have a place in a large city (by their standards) where I can walk outside and have multiple choices for restaurants and bars. My room was large and brightly lit. Clean as well. Lots of TV channel options, and the TVs themselves were of excellent quality. A/C was a bit loud initially, but I eventually acclimated to it. Overall no complaints at all with the hotel.
