This was on Monday; today is Friday and still have yet to hear back from them. Based on this experience alone, it's clear to me that this is not a business that values their (potential) customers. Overall, this business appears to have poor customer service and suffers from terrible management. If you are looking for a good place to engage in any sort of horseback riding, seek elsewhere.
