In the infant room, each teacher is assigned to the same 4 infants daily. I was very impressed with this as each teacher learns their assigned infants, rather than the infants being passed around and cared for by different people every day. My daughter had horrible eczema as an infant and her teacher was EXTREMELY helpful in getting it under control by following the skin care regimen the pediatrician recommended. My daughter was always clean, happy and healthy. I never had to worry that my baby wasn't being cared for. The piece of mind alone was invaluable. My daughter is now getting ready to enter the school's pre-k program. She has learned so much throughout the years at Laurel tree and I am confident that she will be prepared, if not over prepared, for kindergarten next year.
