These screenshots demonstrate lack of response after the original inquiry as well as a concluded response to your second agent's inquiry. This includes the original conversation with Kelsie that shows I specified ESA pets, plural. We discussed the issue with insurance which is clearly covered under US Code: 42 U.S.C. 3604 (f) (3) (B) and elaborated on in US Department of Housing and Urban Development's FHEO-2020-01 Guidance, both of which would supersede any homeowner's policy and require the homeowner to make reasonable accommodations or show that there is no equivalent policy that would cover the breed in question. It should also be noted that the business owner's response to my update on Yelp still has untruth and still tries to portray us as an unresponsive and uncooperative party. Rebecca and her associates made no attempts at trying to contact us over phone call or over phone in general besides Kelsie's original text messages and that documentation can be provided as well. While it is completely our fault that we initially misspoke when trying to convey the proper code which was provided above in our response to Kelsie, this still does not justify the lack of communication and blatant disregard for the information provided upfront that both of our pets were mentioned as ESAs. Furthermore, after seeing the business owner's response and essentially trying to portray us as an unfaithful party, I can not in good faith genuinely say I would recommend this company as they do not seem to have the best interest ethically and the owner's response does not rectify the situation. Should you have any further questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me personally and I will be happy to discuss any further clarifications needed. However, my original review still stands: I attempted to gather more information about a property listing in Lavon due to conflicting information across multiple platforms regarding whether pets were allowed at the property or not. Kelsie made contact with me asking if we were still interested in the property. I advised that we were in fact still interested but would like more clarification when it came to the pet policy as we were unsure if pets would be allowed due to conflicting information. I provided the information that both of our pets were ESAs immediately before going any further and did not receive a response for two days until I reach out again. When following up, Kelsie advised to me that "owner's insurance does not allow aggressive breeds." When I educated Kelsie that ESAs were exempt from breed restrictions, information that I would already expect a licensed realty professional to know, she further decided that apparently, we would not be doing business together as she ceased all communications again. I am not interested in doing business with a company, more so, someone who claims they are a professional, that lacks communication and knowledge of their own profession. I wish I could comment further about the business as a whole, but unfortunately, Kelsie made sure that we would no longer be interested in dealing with the company in general after one simple inquiry into a property. I have also attached your response to my original review for reference to the update.
