This is the 3rd temp agency that I've worked with, and I think it's my favorite. Everyone has been very helpful and personable, and willing to work with me. I've had 3 positions through them, the last of which I've been working at for over 3 months. This particular company specializes in providing staffing for real-estate related companies, such as title and escrow corporations. They are definitely more hands-on than the previous agencies I've worked with. Expect lots of phone calls and "checking in" (both with you, AND with the company you're working with) at the beginning of an assignment. While they are nice about it, it's still annoying. Things settle down a week or two into the job, and then they just check in periodically. read more

Pretty weird... they DID find me a job, but I think they ended it, too? They would call me and text me (everyone from the recruiters to the receptionist) to check on me... This was DAILY! While I was on the job. and they would want me to call them on my lunch break (and talk for 15 minutes...) It kind of felt like I was in a relationship with an abusive boyfriend or a scientologist. My parents wouldn't call me like that when I'd break curfew as a teen. :( read more

They will call you to your cell, and if you do not answer the call - then your workplace /assignment, just to ask you how things are going with you and how you feel about your assignment, regardless if you're busy on the job. Pay for 38 miles (one way) = $16 @ 37.5 hours - They knew my expectations and they LOW BALLED me to the extreme. DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU LIVE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. THEY WILL FIRE YOU WITHOUT REASON AND ON THE SPOT. Try getting hired through the company or by networking through someone that is already working for the company. News flash, if you are going to talk to someone in the real estate mortgage industry at least know what you are talking about. She clearly didn't know her stuff and tried talking over me.
