Normally, I am very cautious about working with a staffing agency. I've had negative experiences in the past, but J.R. Berry completely changed my perspective! My initial call was with Steven. He took the time to not only review my resume and experience, but to also get to know me on a personal level. We spoke about what my goals were, what I was looking for, salary expectations, and he empowered me to really speak to what my career aspirations were. After the initial call, I then primarily worked with Erin and Kelley. Not only did they set me up with a few interviews, but they reviewed my resume, prepped me for each interview, and followed up to see how the process was going.
