They did my roof in what seemed like only 2 1/2 days. I needed a new roof prior to selling my house. I expressed to Alex my concerns for getting the job done quickly. He assured me they would do the job efficiently and safely. you can tell he care about his crew and it shows in their hard work. if you have a in hole roof leak or need a massive roof done don't use any one but CRUZ Roofs. Also being a plant hobbyist and collector during the roof process one of my plants was hanging from a piece they were replacing. when I told the guy don't worry about it just toss it to the ground he said No. lol. then he gently pulled the plant up on top of the roof unhooked it and gently handed it down to me. I was amazed eve with me saying just throw it you can tell they care about their work and how they look treating customers things. Again 5 stars is no where near enough stars!

Unfortunately, sales doesn't do the install and I thought their work was pretty sloppy & left a lot to be desired Trash, nails, cigarette butts, bottles, caps everywhere Most of the workers wearing Paul Bange stuff anyway Supply chain issues & delays are out of their control and they could've done a better job communicating those issues with us but the main issue was dirty, sloppy work leaving me to pick up after then months after the install Obviously, only time will tell if the roof holds up...

Long story short that…read moreI can't explain very well anyway, my roof was made of outdated materials that he couldn't remember the name of (so, I can't research it on my own, now) and he was pretty sure it was no longer available. He was also pretty sure "the owner" wouldn't take the job for that reason. However, he said he needed about 4 days to get back to me so he could research its availability. I called 5 days later and left a message. Now it's a week and I still haven't heard back. Can't speak about their work but I can speak to their level of professionalism: Poor. One more thing. Although we both wore masks, he used his as a chin guard once he was on the roof. I guess it wouldn't occur to him that aerosols from his nose could have been raining down on me. I stepped further away, but typically, it's hard to hear me when I'm wearing a mask as I tend to wear extra layers.
