After paying $85 for them to soak the carb and change a filter, I took the mower home. When I tried to cut the grass again, the mower cut off. I called and they said they would stand by their work, so I took it back. They called a couple of days later to tell me they ran it for thirty minutes and it never cut off. I told them to try longer. I called back a few days later and they said they let it run for an hour and it never cut off. I got it home and it cut off after twelve minutes (I timed it). Though I called back, they said they couldn't do anything to it if it wouldn't cut off for them. I am extremely frustrated; they took my money and never fixed the mower.

The whole time they were pleasant and professional to work with. They had to order several different lift kits and overcome lots of "customization" before it was finally fixed correctly. Yes, it took a while. Yes, they had to deal with me calling them periodically. Yes, they nailed it and brought the cart back when it was done! They also tuned up my chainsaw so that it runs like brand new. I am a fan of their willingness to go the extra mile, to make sure things are done correctly, and the fact that through it all, everyone there was nice, polite and professional. The repair cost to replace the camshafts and gears that were damaged due to not being installed properly was almost $10,000.00. He could not adjust my clutch due to rusted linkage. They billed me $240 to adjust my clutch. After talking to them they adjusted it to an $85 charge. He told me he didn't do anything and had told them at the shop, He said don't pay that bill and he would talk to the manager. I got a past due bill now with the $85 charge still on the bill. I am already paying $344 for a fuel filter and oil change and some fees. I called and got ahold of Austin, short of the story, if they looked at it I should be happy that they reduced that from $240 to $85, sorry, not happy at all.

Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should.
