Two technicians arrived right on time, and hit the ground running. A quick check from inside the rv of the power to the unit confirmed that the motor had indeed frozen up. Within minutes they were up on the roof with a new motor that they had brought with them. After about 30 minutes or less, they were down and checking that everything was running well and that the unit was cooling As it should. They were both very professional and made sure that all was well before they left. Due to the economic shutdown associated with Covid, there were numerous problems with even seeing an RV like we wanted. Keith found one and got us in to see it. He was great to work with in selecting the equipment we wanted, as well as working with a price for the unit. The same great attitude was present with several people we came in contact with. The finance guy was super easy to work with. No nonsense. On one occasion we stopped by and a saleswoman took us through our newly arrived RV even though it was pouring rain outside. We spent several hours with a technical guy who went over all the details of the vehicle... They did an excellent job in prepping the coach for us. As we picked up the vehicle, we also did some shopping in their in store shop. There are a number of things that you need before heading out and these guys have several choices of each... Very convenient. We have had it out once and have a very few items that need adjusting. They have set up an appointment to drop it by and have all the bugs fixed.

Needed an amp install, and wires run from it to speakers. They said they would, but did not use the…read morewires I supplied and only connected to the default OEM speaker wires. But it gets worse. Now my air bag light is on, and I seriously doubt it is a coincidence as that commonly occurs when removing car seats and putting them back back improperly. Now I have to pay for getting that diagnosed and fixed. I'm taking bets - will they pay the bill when I get it diagnosed? My money is on not. Other details: I gave them a whole amp wiring kit - they didn't put the amp in the back of the car, but only under the driver's seat. The rest of the wiring they kept; they didn't give it back to me. They attached the 150 amp fuse with just one screw drilled into the fuse box cover in the engine bay. I'll attach some photos here tomorrow if I remember and I'm still able to edit the review.

While inspecting, they saw my refrigerator limit switch was missing, I researched and found this could be a fire hazard, so they ordered the part and installed it. Their rates are really reasonable and it was a pleasure doing business with them. If in upstate SC and need repairs, they're just off I-26 in Campobello. Only downside is on motorhomes, they don't do chassis work, only the coach.
