TPO flat roof replacement left my roof cap in poor condition. Multiple drill holes, different color screws, large gaps and a poor caulking job. This was after they initially installed tar under the cap and I had to advocate for months to replace damaged TPO material. We just bought a new place in Kirkland. The house itself is 40 years old and the roof is top up with around 3-4 layers of shingles that's showing sign of heavy deterioration and moss. So, a new roof is recommended. I don't have anything bad to say about A TH Professional Roofing, they were just simply amazing. Kennedy and Marcelo arrived 1 day in advance to double check on material, to make sure everything they need is there so that installation in next days will be smooth. They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. With the pandemic still going strong, they always wear mask while talking to you and trying their best to practice social distancing. Whatever question I had was answered in details from them, and if you have time, I believe they'll give you a full roofing course We didn't have the best luck as it rained on the morning of the first installation day so the work had to be delayd until 2pm on the same day. The crew arrived on time, put on protective gears and started working on the roof very efficiently and fast. Please note that my wife is pregnant in her 3rd trimester and she told me that the noise was not as bad as expected and I can keep on working without too much distraction. I am also welcomed anytime to come up to the roof to check out the progress. Marcelo and Kennedy will always stop what they're working on to answer any question you have, and even better show you what they're working on and why they're doing what they're doing so you can have the full details of what's going on. That for sure give me my family peace of mind since we know they're not hiding/lying anything from us. Another good thing about this team is that they clean up after themselves realy well. After they left, there was no debris at all left at the house. If you don't look at the roof, then there's no way you could tell there was a team of 6 amazing men here working hard to tear off a lot of shingles, and put not new ones. We had a broken skylight that needed immediate fixing as water was pouring in into the bathroom. Marcelo was quick to respond the same day. He came and fixed it in a couple of hours. I had a flat roof deck and there's some spot with top layer peeling off. I was worried about it and sent out yelp msg at 11PM. I didn't expect any reply right away but they literally replied right away and said will call me tmr morning. The next day, Marcelo called me and said he can look at it tomorrow. Since I was worried I tried to see if he could come today. Marcelo understood my concern, and managed to do it on 7PM! That's beyond good customer service. It's a 800sqft roof with like 2sqft damage, lots of roofers were bullshiting about redoing the entire thing, which obviously doesn't make much sense. Marcelo was honest and told me to not worry too much about it, just do partial patches and I'm good to go. I wanted to pay something for gratitude but Marcelo wouldn't accept it. Marcelo and Kenny definitely did my roof replacement job well and way above my expectations. I originally requested for a roof cleaning and after the inspection Marcelo suggested a whole replacement instead of cleaning, I was a bit hesitant at first place, he then showed me detailed pictures and explained to me all the damages and hazards. As an engineer, I did some research on my own and decided to hire A TH for the whole roof replacement, which proves to be the greatest choice. The project is done efficiently in 4.5 days and all the workers are very professional and friendly! I really appreciate the communication and patience from Marcelo throughout, for all the plywood replacement or anything that incurs extra cost, he would send all the pics and explain in time. He really took care my house well like his own, not only the main roof, he also helped me to replace the roof of my shed, adding a roof for my outside water heater, cut the trees, and did a throughout cleaning including my skylight and the whole yard. We have several clogged downspouts on our very high roof that we needed to get take care of right away. He sent me pictures before and after service and was very helpful. My gutters were completely full with water because a shingle had fallen off in the gutter and caused back up. They replaced the roof on an outbuilding and did some fix-ups on the roof on our house. They did a great job at a reasonable price. The plywood underlayer turned out to be considerably more damaged than expected, but they handled replacing it quickly and well. The job looks great, and they did a good job cleaning up. Overall very professional and easy to work with, and I would recommend them. I subtracted one star because I had talked with them about a second job putting in some gutter guards. They took measurements, said they would send me a quote shortly, and then ghosted me. Perhaps they are too busy to bother with the job, but it would have been nice if they had told me that rather than saying they would bid it and promising to get back to me. read more

Marcelo came by to take a look at my roof. I needed him to clean and apply the powder stuff to kill the moss. He seems extremely knowledgeable about his craft and also pointed out broken shingles prior to beginning his roof cleaning service and let me know to keep an eye on my roof as it is coming near to the time of replacement! Not only did he offer a great price, but he let me know that he would have to come back in a couple days to apply more moss killing powder to other parts of my roof as he didn't have enough with him at the time. My experience with A TH Roofing was positive. I have hired several roofing companies before, including those local big names (like G***, V*** who spent big money advertising on local TV/radio). The quality of work of A TH Roofing was right there on par with those big names, if not better. Had an exceptional experience from Marcelo/Kennedy and team. Their team truly has set a benchmark for how I will probably expect all my home projects to be :) Both Marcelo and Kennedy were overly communicative from the time I requested for a quote to after they had cleaned up and left. I probably lucked out with some scheduling window where a team of 13 showed up at 8 AM on Friday. They had originally planned for Friday/Saturday with cleanup on Sunday. The team put the new roof, cleaned up to a better state than when they came in, and left by 6 PM Friday. For all the quotes that I had received - they were middle of the pack, not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive. Had appreciated how Marcelo patiently followed up while I was getting other quotes without being aggressively pushy. Highly recommend. read more

I had a great experience with A TH Professional Roofing recently. Our metal roof was in desperate need of cleaning and Marcelo was quick to respond with a competitive bid and was able to schedule the job surprisingly quickly. (The $100 initial bid for Yelp inquiries is a little weird, but it's clearly so low that it is obviously a placeholder auto response, and obviously cannot be taken seriously. I'm not sure why they do that.) Marcelo and his crew member were very attentive to detail and he was upfront about setting expectations for the project, which were reasonable and aligned with what I had been thinking anyway. When I asked him to increase the scope of the project just a little bit because I hadn't considered some aspects during our initial discussion he was able and eager to accommodate and with a reasonable price too. In the end, our roof looks terrific and everything was cleaned up very nicely and thoroughly, including a thing or two that were beyond the minimum to get the job done. This showed their true commitment to making our overall house, and not just the roof, look better than before they started. Finally, I should mention that communications about the project were clear and consistent throughout. I strongly recommend Marcelo for roof and gutter cleaning . After a very wet winter , my roof filled up with moss . I called one company and he did not bother to come in for estimate , just give me a quote of couple thousands which I think overprice . I put the request on Yelp and Marcelo responded within same day , He came to inspect and gave me detail how he would do - not by high power pressure which can damage your roof - instead he did by hand to remove moss , blow the roof & gutter spray anti-moss powder and clean all the debris . All work last for 6 hrs with 1/4 cost compare with other company. The roof looks clean , shining . I'm so pleased with his work and introduced to my neighbor right away . I will let him coming back to take care my roof due to his excellent service and recommend him to everyone read more
