Pressure washed and sealed our large aggregate driveway, plus walkways around the house. Also pressure washed a paver patio. Came out great! We wanted penetrating sealant rather than acrylic, and Sam (the owner) emphasized many times that it will seal for longer, but not give the fresh wet look like acrylic does. I wish I could add more stars to this rating. Sam went above and beyond during this project, even the I had to step away in the middle. Sam was gentle with the delicate stones while still making them look brand new. He was extremely careful for the decorative moss (we wanted to keep) and all of the plants in the surrounding areas. I hired Goat Exteriors to clean up my gutters and fist one that had disconnected. I was very impressed by the professional attitude and honest ethical way of working that Sam had. Sam arrived at the property timely and after initial inspection he was honest in telling me that the gutter cleaning was not absolutely necessary as the gutters were not as dirty. This is a huge trust winner for me as he was doing what was right for the customer and not for him to make more money. I still went ahead with it as it was good to do some preventative maintenance. I needed my windows washed after months of construction, bad weather and our smoky summers. I had several bids but Sam with The Goat Exteriors was super fast and responsive. He was a great communicator and got me scheduled as soon as the painters finished. He came and did both the inside and outside windows and they looked great. He even cleaned all the screens on the windows that are able to have screens which are a bear to clean. He left and when the sun started shining on the southwest facing windows I saw some streaks and dripped water...for someone like me it was driving me over the edge. I wasn't going to say anything because I know it's really hard to see things on windows until the sun shines just right but I hemmed and hawed and decided I had to say something...I sent Sam an email and let him know what the issue was and he was here the next day by noon and redid the windows....yes, REWASHED them and went over every little detail!!!! Not only that, but he refunded me the total amount I had paid him! This was totally unnecessary but he wanted to show good faith. I ended paying him again but it's an example of the kind of business owner he is....100% fair. He also tried to take money off his price! I wasn't having any of it. His prices are beyond fair and he got a tip on top. I just can't say enough great things about Sam and The Goat Exteriors. He is truly amazing in all aspects of his work ethic, customer satisfaction, and his overall lovely demeanor. I contacted Sam for an estimate to do a variety of outdoor cleaning tasks: clean moss off the roof and gutter screens, pressure wash gutters and downspouts, pressure wash driveway and sidewalks, pressure wash back patio and concrete steps leading into the house. Sam was quick and responsive getting back to me to schedule a time later that day to see the house and give an estimate. He was able to give me a choice of days schedule the work, and gave a very competitive estimate. Sam and his assistant showed up on time, and completed the work on schedule.
