Park back there next to all of the cars and go into the small door by the garage. Literally as soon as you step in, the office is on your left. Fuentes is a great guy. He is Hispanic and does have an accent, so if you are hard of hearing like me, please don't be like me and forget your hearing aids lol But he came right on out, inspected my car and showed me exactly what the problem was all right there in the parking lot. He didn't do what most mechanics do, take your car back and hide what they are doing, then come out expecting you to pay outrageous fees. Fuentes gave me an estimate that was almost the exact total I ended up paying. Very fair price. He let me stay in his office while he worked on my car and popped in a few times to check on me and let know how it was going. Once he was finished, he even took me out and showed me everything he had done on my car and explained things to me. Very honest guy. I will be back if I have any more problems with my car. Update: I will forever be grateful for this guy. He always goes above and beyond his duty. My car broke down more than once while I was living here, and if it wasn't for him, I would not have been able to get my car fixed and still go to work and class. More than once Fuentes dropped everything to give me a ride to a rental car place or to a store to get car parts for my car. They replaced the cabin filter for $84.52 (labor $34.50, filter $50.02). I owned an auto repair business for 21 years and know when I'm being over charged. Their prices are way too high. They claim they have all certified mechanics. The one who did my oil and filter change was just a kid and I find it hard to believe he was certified in any auto service. If you don't mind paying twice what a service should cost, by all means go to them. I value my money too much. They won't see me again.

So I called an ask if they was open on Saturday and he said no...smh. So Monday he called and said it was going to be 583.00 and I said wow just to replace the hose and antifreeze really!!! I asked him to give me a breakdown on the cost and the man said first there is a $100 for a diagnostics test I said I did not ask nor did you tell me that you had to do one, I told you what I needed done so there no need for that test then went on to say both hoses need to be replaced and coolant fitting for both and antifreeze (x3.00) long story short two hoses and coolant fitting and dex-cool antifreeze (he called it )the parts was $267.00 that was for one the other hose was $177.61 I said wow say what? So I told him I was not able to get that done and I was going to call him back he said ok. I called back and told him I was going to get it towed home, and he informed me that I would have to pay for the diagnostics test and it would be $115 I said you said it was $100 yesterday and you didn't tell me that you was or had to do a test before you ran one and this man said that the $15 was for the supplies we used for the test...long story short I payed it to get my truck!!! This shop is robbing people! I feel they was so so wrong how they did me I will never ever go back there and I will tell everyone I know or run into how they will rob you. They suck!!! The employee I dealt with didn't seem to know how to use the system and quoted me $75.00 higher than the online appointment quote- even though I had the reservation # and exact service details in the email conformation. It was a complete waste of time. I ended up going to a competitor and reviewed the same exact service quoted in my email for $200 less -$275 less than the in store employee quoted.
