I'm a full time RV'er and I had some minor damage to the right rear of my motorhome. I took it to A to Z Collision. I talked to the owner John and explained to him my situation. He gave me an estimate and said he would have it done in a week. He understood I lived in it full time and would do all he could to have it done in within that week. John was a man of his word, it was completed within a week and looks fantastic! They couldn't find the paint codes si they had to visually match the paint. It looks like a factory job. Best body shop from Needles, Ca. to Mohave Az. My SUV had 2 doors that would not open. The owner, John, said it may be the handles, which could be expensive. After examining the doors, he found out that is was only some plastic clips that needed to be replaced. He basically only charged me for labor. I will go to him for all my auto body needs. read more

I received a proposal from A-to-Z collision for a boat service. The receptionist told me they needed to make room. They said they would call me when space was available. Every week I called asking for an update only to be told in the fourth week that they have no record of an approval nor was I added to a list of boats to be serviced. Complete waste of my time calling and waiting for weeks when I could of got my boat serviced from a more organized and responsive company. Do not waste your time like I did! read more
