Paint has been flaking off on all three components since November of 2023 so contacted A-1 back in March and now it has been two months since they said they would repaint because the technician that did the original job is no longer with the company. Your three-year warranty is no good if the paint constantly flakes off and you don't honor it. You need to contact me immediately with a firm date of when you will repaint and I'm tired of your excuses that your technicians live far away.

He came out and let me know exactly what needed to be done to access the dent and pop it out. Since it involved opening panels and removing the rear taillight, I decided not to proceed with the repair. Jose couldn't have been nicer or more understanding about this. He didn't even charge me for coming out, and didn't seem disappointed at all about me not proceeding. This is the true mark of a great businessman who understands customer service! He also gave me a referral for someone to help do some touch-up paint work for a couple chips in my hood.
