Experience #3: Initially great, then poor I decided to give them another shot. I wanted a four season sunroom. They came out right away and said they'd provide a quote. I followed up a few weeks after their visit to my property, and they said they were working on it. More than five weeks have passed since their visit and they never provided the quote. As another reviewer said, I guess they don't need the work. I still need a few things done to prep my unit for sale, but due to the lack of response - NOT the quality of work - I'll have to cross them off my list of preferred contractors. :( They ended up providing a quote at long last, probably only because they saw this review. In my opinion, the quote was kind of a "we don't want to do this work but we'll do it for this price" deal. There's an impolite word for quotes like these. They then asked me to change my review. OK, review changed.

However, as they progress through the project, they find small faults in your home and claim that major repairs must be done. For example, if there is a small crack in the wall, floor, or the roof they try to their best to convince you to fix those for thousands of dollars, even those repairs are not even necessary. If you refuse, they get mad at you and say that "it's not their responsibility" if something worse happens to the house. They claim that they are "roofing professionals" and doing handyman service as their side business. However, they really don't know what they're doing and don't even have all the tools needed to do the job. I only hired them in the beginning because all the other handymen in town were too busy. But these guys had all the time in the world and now I see why. This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a handyman.
