When I asked how much it would be, I was quoted $99-150, but it wouldn't be more than $150. When they came out, they wrote up an invoice for $279 which after eliminating some things that didn't make sense, we got it down to $209. Long story short, they left and didn't even check to see if my dryer would dry! It doesn't, I didn't care about my vents being cleaned, I just wanted my clothes to dry. Obviously, it's some other issue, but I'm not a dryer specialist and they should've figured out a solution. I should've called someone that was reputable. $200 for nothing!

They did offer other services but did not push and when we said we were on a budget went about cleaning the vents that have probably not been cleaned in a long time. It was humorous that he told us he got a toy out of the second bedroom! LOL There was a bit of dust blown around but that's the nature of this kind of cleaning. He was very friendly, proficient and got the job done correctly and quick. I feel so much better knowing that our vents are not completely filled like they were. He also checked our filter and such which was new. The Carpet cleaning was fantastic too! Because the rug hadn't been cleaned in probably 15 years there were some spots that wouldn't come up right away but he left us some enzyme cleaner to help lighten spots as we go! Way to go sears!! Second, I was told they would clean the flooring after the work was completed and I found dirt all over and metal shavings left behind. Those don't feel great when you step on them. Third, they trapped a water line that runs to the spray nozzle behind the other existing water lines inside the kitchen cabinet. Lastly, I requested the ceiling fan be turned on to expedite the drying process and they did not turn it on. Barely an apology given for any of this. Thankfully I didn't have to pay for any of this as I rent my condo. Unbelievable.

Very happy with the job BPC did on a old warn out carpet. It looks at least three years newer and smells nice and I'll add the drying time was about 4 hrs wich is better then whe anyone else has done it. I'll call BPC again.

Peters installed a Tempstar central air unit 2 1/2 yrs. ago and have had nothing but trouble. After…read moreinstallation water was leaking all over my basement floor.. The sent a service tech out and use put "TAPE" around the coil box. Didn't help. At my request the sent another service tech (Brian) and he fixed the problem. Now this year the coil was freezing up and the sent the same dumb service tech out and he put 2 lbs of freon in and said I had a leak some where. I told him to fix the leak and even called there office and request they fix the leak. Two days later I got a bill for $174.20 for 2 lbs of freon and a note saying "suspected restriction on indoor coil". They NEVER called or came back to fix it.
