Graciano was amazing to work with. I found him thru Yelp Projects to see about getting a quote to clean a carpet, 2 couches and chairs. He was so responsive and was able to provide me a quote with the photos and measurements I provided him. He was direct with his prices. Other companies advised a price per square foot which I feared doing. It's just easier to get a price direct because if I measure and think it's one size and then we schedule and they say another measurement or price, then it becomes a big mess. I don't want to be fooled by the price at the end. Graciano was straight, carpet, two chairs and 2 couches is this. Bam. Easy. We had originally scheduled for Monday however due to rain he advised it isn't favorable to shampoo/clean furniture as it will not dry as easily and it's more suceptable to getting dirty. I appreciate he messaged to advise and gave me the option to reschedule or not. Needless to say he arrived on time. Cleaned up area where his equipment was after. No one asked him to park across the street as he claims - we let him know there was no guest parking. And were going to go downstairs and offered to move our car. A rude bitter man :) Also no one cancelled on him. First appointment I had asked multiple times what time he was coming after I had said I was available 8:30AM and on. Not AT 8:30AM, Then after never confirming an EXACT time he messages me at 8AM the morning OF saying he was on the way. And I in fact had an emergency. You're a terrible person! :) I've attached screenshots of this as well for any future customers! I did in fact let him know my availability had changed because of an emergency when he suddenly said he was on his way. BUT again he never confirmed an EXACT time he was arriving the days leading up to this. Very poor customer service. The price estimate was good but the owner came to my house and left when I said there was trouble parking. I let him know I was on my way downstairs and he left before I could help him find a solution to the parking. Mind you our scheduled appointment was for 8:30AM and it was still before that time. I live on a busy street but he did not have any patience and drove off before I could offer him to take my spot and move my car. I asked if he could return if I was able to move my car to help him and let him know I was not trying to be difficult but simply trying to help. He said he was not returning even then. I tried to express my disappointment very calmly and said I was hoping to refer clients over after our service but he replied "Don't worry about clients. I have my own clients." I had made a few schedule changes to make this time work and he just left before our 8:30AM time and did not offer any hospitality or solutions or patience. I needed to find a carpet service who could work with my son's busy schedule under time constraints. I was fortunate to locate Graciano who is the Owner and Operator. He responded quickly with an excellent quote. We had a smaller job but some services have a high minimum. Graciano responded with a very reasonable quote and fit into my son's schedule. He arrived early, did an excellent job, stairs and a bedroom. Followed Covid protocol and wore a mask so he is in tune with current events.
