When he came he was very punctual with his eta. He went over the areas he was going to wash and set a realistic expectation for me. He went over what he couldn't get out because it was either too old or a prior chemical had set into the carpet. Overall I was very happy with his communication. His rate was very competitive with the other 5 offers I received. He wasn't the cheapest but overall I am happy with the effort and professionalism. He did not try to upcharge me or add any additional sneaky services. The price was the same as he quoted before he came out and he finished within a timely manner.
