Amazing deals and great customer service. Went in hoping to find an outfit for my nephew for his birthday but working with a small budget. Nephew didn't expect and old man to pick out trendy outfit . Maraya was running up and down the store but still stopped to ask if I needed help. I'm glad she did or he probably would have ended up returning what i was gonna get him! Maraya helped pick out a outfit and knew what all the kids are wearing now a days and even made sure both items were included in the deal before I got in that long line! Rest of the store was lovely as well. Everytime i made eye contact with an employee they asked if i needed anything . Love to see that the young bulls are still working in the summer! Fitting room service was great. Came here today and there was a worker who was in charge of folding. He was laughing so damn loud with his coworkers I could hear him all the way back in the dressing rooms- it honestly made me happy that they were all having a good time. They were a happy group of employees lol. The other workers were so locked in with organizing everything, which was honestly well done. They have a pretty fair selection of clothing. Not really one to leave reviews but wow never experienced such horrible customer service at an establishment like this. I stood in line while there were multiple employees just standing there chatting away behind the register while there was multiple unoccupied registers. The other employee who was ringing up another customer had to tell them to help me. I got up to the register to process my exchange and I was declined because of 2-3 cat hairs that was easily removed off the garment. Mind you I just received the item and just tried it on the night before. They rejected my return for something easily fixable. Do better PacSun read more

I usually don't leave reviews but this last time I came into the store, my experience was absolutely horrible. The workers are very rude, no one helps you out, and they all seem miserable. One worker in particular named Kimberly was very rude. I was waiting by the fitting room to try something on and she was just gossiping with her coworker and gave me a dirty look when she finally acknowledged me. I've been contemplating whether or not I should post this, but I know it needs to be addressed at this store. I'm a former employee of the company and it sucks to have an experience like this.. This is all toward the sales associate on the register this past Sunday. He was clearly sick and he sneezed right into the customers bag in front of me before handing it off. He wiped his nose with his bare hand and proceeded to ring me up. I tried to keep a distance and think nothing of the germs I knew he was spreading, but here I am three days later having missed two days of work because of the cold he gave me... On top of that, while ringing me up he told me to give him my phone number as if it was a requirement to finish the transaction. I asked why and he said it was to sign me up for rewards... really? Not going to ask me, just trick me into spam texts that I'm not okay with? I don't know if this gets him some sort of reward or bonus at work, but that's incredibly sketchy and lacking integrity to try and corner me into something I didn't say I was okay with. I shopped here for my daughter's jeans over the weekend. No wait in line outside nor inside. My daughter found the jeans that she was looking for. I took advantage of the buy 1 pair of jeans get the 2nd one 1/2 off. I've been shopping here for my daughter's clothes for years & all garments have held up fine. The prices are steep & it's best to take advantage of the sales. Regular price for a torn up pair of jeans is $60 & about $35 for a shirt. If I knew then what I know now, I would've saved my 1980's & 1990's jeans for my daughter ;). Apparently, it cost a lot more these days for torn jeans;) read more

This store sold me a FAKE cactus plant hoodie when they had the PSP reserves. I had several verifications and it was deemed to be fake. I paid $500 which was overpriced. PAC-Sun has horrible customer service- I advise you never to shop here if you never want to see your money. I made a return in December and it's Jan. 24th and I haven't seen my money. I get that there is a delay with returns but what made it worse is that I got no notification of a return starting, no notification that they received my package, nothing ! So I went online to speak to a customer rep and he was no help at all, he didn't want to give me answers. When I asked for a customer service number, he also did not provide one. PAC-SUN stole my money and I won't rest until I get it. DO NOT shop at pacsun. I don't have the products (they have confirmed they have it), and I don't have my money. They have the worst return policy. Tried to return a pair of shorts with tags that was gifted to my child without a gift receipt. They refused to issue me a store credit. Beware of the Black Friday deals. Don't let it fool you! Buy one get one free is fking B.S. I was gonna buy 3 flannels, one with hood and 2 without hood. The price tag of the one with hood was $45 something and i get one without hood to do BOGO , the other was about $15 firm. End up the bill was $120 for 3 fucking flannels "Made in China". When i asked for the price of each item, the one with tag "$45" became "$80", who would pay for a low quality flannels "Made from China" for $80?? Don't ever order from pacsun online it's god awful. Takes them 2 weeks just to ship your item and a month to get a refund! I returned my package 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my refund yet! I ordered two FOG camo jackets online (1 Medium, 1 Large) to try on at home, but didn't end up liking how either of them fit on me. I tried returning them at the Santa Monica PacSun earlier this year, but found out that FOG is an exchange or credit item only. The associate recommended I wait for the next FOG release and exchange my items then. Solid plan, since I'm a Jerry Lorenzo fan. So the final FOG release drops and I end up not liking anything in that collection either, so I come into the Cerritos mall while visiting my parents to finally exchange my jackets for store credit to use in the future. It's Sunday 8/7 around 3pm... The store manager, Jenna (blonde, laurel leaf tattoo on her forearm), begins to accuse my items of being fake... peeling back the price tags, commenting on the texture of the clothes, and she even ends up saying that she doesn't trust what PacSun sells online. Ultimately, deciding she wouldn't give me store credit and would only accept an exchange, which was super frustrating and humiliating... I can only assume that she didn't want my return to impact her sales quota. What an evil and manipulative tactic... Only after complaining that it wasn't right that I couldn't get my store credit did she decide to do the right thing. It was such a TERRIBLE experience and reflected super poorly on the PacSun brand. I would recommend to Corporate (HEY Gary Schoenfeld) to make sure there are guide rails in place so that store managers don't try to manipulate or abuse customers for their quotas. I don't think I can support a company that is run like this, and it's unfortunate because a retail experience should never be worth a Yelp review this long, but Jenna the store manager at PacSun Cerritos does evil things to her customers and I simply need to say something. read more

The others were rude and ignore you even when you ask for help. I asked the girl for a fitting room after being ignored by multiple employees while waiting for a room...she replied with "you should just see if any are unlocked". Uhm no. Do your job. Unlock a room for me. Everyone just stood around talking with each other which is whatever but to have 7 people waiting to pay and ONE register open while other employees do nothing and turn their nose up at paying customers. I was just at this PacSun yesterday after a while of not going in. They have always been nice here but just too pushy and overwhelming when you are there shopping. My experience yesterday was much different. I was being helped by this young lady who was extremely helpful during my Christmas shopping. I believe her name was Saybra and she really gave me the best advice for my two boys I have and really made me feel like she was doing more than just getting me to buy loads of clothing (which I did anyways). I purchased a hat from here and picked up in store. It didn't fit well and I went to return it and they refused to refund it because I paid pay pal( a service they provide) They told me to figure out how to ship it back, so I did, and it was NOT clear that I would be paying a $7 shipping fee until I was finally refunded. Big companies like Pac Sun get massive shipping discounts. It was sent first class( slower) and I shouldn't have had to pay more than $2 Pay Pal has only been around for 15-20 years haha. I own a business and have no issue being able to refund customers. LAME don't shop here, just google their items and get it elsewhere. read more

It's amazing to me how much the quality of service differs so sharply from one PacSun store to the next. On one hand, you've got the atrocious, bird poop-on-your-face sort of nightmare that is PacSun Torrance (review to come once I hear back from corporate!), and on the other, you've got PacSun at the Cerritos Mall, which actually seems to be staffed by honest, good-natured people. _____________ I dropped by recently solely with the intent of stocking up on shirts from the "FOG" collection (Pacsun's collaborative release with menswear brand Fear Of God), and was pleasantly surprised to find that the Cerritos store had plenty of stock - twice as much as that of the Santa Monica Pacsun, to be exact! The associate who helped me was Derek (not sure about spelling). He assisted me at least three times with finding different items in multiple sizes, and his patience never wavered in spite of how much work I put him through. He offered to assist my in any way possible - and unlike most employees in retail, actually followed through on that promise. The guy deserves a promotion! Extra points for the check-out process, as well. It was smooth & straightforward. read more

I came here on a random Monday to look for a belt and maybe a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately the selection of both items were limited and didn't end up purchasing them at this location. However, I did walk out with two new pairs of shoes thanks to the awesome employee that goes by the name of Matt. Not only that, but he convinced my friend my friend to buy two pairs as well because the deals were too good to pass on. Matt alone is the reason why this PacSun deserves five stars. He was the only person working at the time, but instead of hanging back, he made sure that my group of friends were doing alright and he helped us constantly. He got to know us and we got to know him, so he was very personable, and that's what I like to see in a retail employee. A pair of shoes that I wanted weren't in the store itself, but he offered to look them up at the PacSun warehouse and offered to take care of things as best as he could, and he did. If there's any PacSun that exceeds in customer service, it's the Cerritos location, but that's due specifically to Matt's integrity. I'm definitely heading back here to catch up with Matt soon. This review is solely directed at RAQUEL. Although PacSun has been steadily plummeting downward into bankruptcy, my siblings and I have still tried to continue to shop there. Yesterday was most definitely the last time I will step into their stores ever again. Corporate, all thanks goes to the lackluster, Raquel. I bought a gift for my brother on 12/22/16 and when I swiped my card the pin pad froze for 15-20 minutes mid-transaction. The associate reassured me that it'd be fixed shortly and he apologized. This issue was somewhat understandable, as technology can sometimes be unreliable. However, I was checking my bank account while waiting and noticed that it had already gone through and hit my account. Raquel (another employee) noted that even though it clearly went through on my end she did not have confirmation on her end. Again...understandable. Seeing no other end in sight she charged me on another register and it went through. Turns out I was charged twice. Surprised ? Yeah, neither was I. The part that was so irritating was when RAQUEL got a little brave with her attitude. Told me before hand that it was fine, it wouldn't charge me twice, etc. but in the rudest, snobbiest, most annoying way possible. She acted like she was SO sure it wouldn't charge me twice. Gave ME attitude because of her faulty ass pin pads. Better think again because I was charged two times more than you said I'd be charged :) I had to wait for an hour on the phone with corporate just to talk to a manager about the situation, and of course my money was refunded. Raquel, there are a few things you must know hunny. One: an attitude change should be in order. Two: don't think a pissed off customer won't write a nasty review about you. Three: know your sh*t. The pin pad screwed you. Another word of advice: If you're tired of folding sweaters then get another job. You're not doing me a favor by ringing me up for a beanie and some socks. If you hate the job as much as you seemed like you did...then quit. No one's stopping you. Although you probably wouldn't get very far outside of retail with that attitude. read more
