Don, Betty, Jen and all there are about as good as it gets! Not only did they do an excellent job repairing damage to my car after being Tboned, causing pretty significant damage to passenger front tire, tie rod and struts; but, they also did all the fighting with my insurance company to get damage caused by other driver, covered; along with handling my extended rental car coverage that my insurance company was fighting (even though they would collect all from the other drivers insurance co.). They also went above and beyond by Betty driving me to Enterprise to pick up the rental car, they then delivered my car to my home while I was away on vacation. This is the 2nd time I've gone to George's within 1 1/2 yrs (yes, I've had a bit of bad luck, where I've been the receiver of others driving errors), and can't praise them enough for outstanding service & professionalism. I was very impressed with my experience at Georges. The people were professional, thorough and knowledgeable about insurance options. I scheduled my appointment for the next week, they called me to remind me to bring it in. Two days later I was going to call to check on the progress, but Frank beat me to it. This place is absolutely amazing. I was in a pretty nasty car accident and dealing with the insurance company was a nightmare but dealing with George's was completely wonderful. They were responsive, caring and extremely professional. They stayed in constant contact throughout the month long repair. I received regular calls updating me on the status and letting me know what was being done to my car. When I got my car back it was amazing. You never would think my car had over $16,000 worth of damage done to it. The workmanship was top notch and I loved that they gave me a lifetime warranty on the work that was performed. They did poor work and were very rude and unprofessional when I asked them to correct the problems. And this is from the owner John Decker as well Randy. There was no need to be rude. They have a 100% lifetime warranty but when you ask them to back it up, they won't and tell you to take it somewhere else. Service was incredibly slow as well. A job that was supposed to take 4-7 days took 22 days. read more
