We were so pleased with the whole experience with this company, from the estimate from Bryce, the install by Dustin one day and two other men the 2nd day to the final paperwork with Shaun who knows everything about anything HVAC related. The people showed up on time and were friendly and very helpful. They helped answer our questions which must have seemed endless at times. We had great concerns about the price of replacing two total units, but they gave us a fair price and we were able to find good financing for this. The only negative thing that I would mention is in the ad that we saw, it said 5 year financing available and while we were wanting to go this route, we were informed that the estimate was based on a cash deal, not with financing. So they should explain this up front, because most people don't have several thousand dollars available to hand out for such expenses. Overall, we are very pleased with this company and we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have HVAC service. They have excellent quality products as well as the knowledgeable people to help with the install and upkeep.

However, on the scheduled date, when the technicians arrived to assess the property to report back to Brad, I was met with confusion. On Saturday morning, Brad called to inform me that a gas line could not be installed in a specific area. I trusted his expertise and pointed out that I wasn't knowledgeable about these matters. However, he then claimed that I had requested an additional work to the quote, called "line height," which I had never hear of this and don't know what line height is technicians that came out. Suggested this. Never did agreed and didn't even understand. I took a week off work, flew into Utah on Thursday to meet with technicians to do it over. Look on the property. and was prepared to start the job on Monday, but everything fell apart. Brad was not only agitated but also dismissed my legitimate questions and wrongfully accused me of being aggressive when I sought clarification. I made it clear that if he couldn't honor the commitment made, I would find another provider. Despite his promise to call me Monday morning after meeting with his team, he failed to follow through. Frustrated, I reached out at noon and spoke to Ginger, requesting to speak with the owner, Shawn Keith Gillett. She assured me that a manager would call, yet no one returned my call. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not recommend Gillett Heating and Air to anyone, and I am determined to share my experience on social media to alert others about their lack of reliability and professionalism. This is BAD BUSINESS!

The April air never really worked and they came out many times and never fixed it. At 6 year point the condenser made a loud noise and stopped, it needed to be replaced and the labor cost me 1500.00 I checked around and that was a lot. Recently at 9 1/2 the Furnace started making a gurgling noise and just started stop working. The first man that came out said it was a part and changed me 280.00 Labor to replace it. It didn't fix it, so he had someone else come out. The next man that came out was here for several hours a couple of times. I realized these young men wasn't HVAC Furnace men. I decided to ask around and my friend told me about a good Hvac Furnace man. He worked on the Furnace several times and it just can't be fixed. We have been without a Furnace for a month, thank goodness we have a gas fireplace that will heat the house. We still have 4 months on warranty but I just want it fixed. We are retired and and just can't handle all this. We are totallyreplacing the Amana with a Day and night. This experience been like fighting the tar baby.
