STAY AWAY!!! I hired this company for cleaning, inspection…read moreof 2 chimneys. They showed up, cleaned my bedroom chimney and diagnosed a faulty part. They charged me over $1,500, which I paid in full. Following that first day I experienced a NIGHTMARE of interaction with them. They did not showed to multiple appointments without follow-up call. Finally, they showed up a second time and after 5 minutes the technician said that there was another part missing, so he left my chimney disassembled (picture) and left promising to come back the next day. He never did. My chimney is not functional and disassemble as you see for over 3 months now. I continue to call and schedule appointments to which they don't show up. I've been calling on a daily basis and they said that a message have been sent to "Management" and that they will call me back. They haven't called back. Now, for the past 2 weeks, they haven't been answer my calls as likely they have recorded/blocked my number. Few warning signs for you: -No physical address in their website -Claims of being insured and bonded: I called CSIA and they are not certified by them and they also looked to see if they were certified by another agency but they are not. Without another option I will file a claim in court today.

Several minutes later, an explosion occurred which blew the glass window to fragments and flung parts of the metal frame eight feet into the living room. It was a mess.
