We have used Triple T since moving to Utah. They come every 6 months to service our HVAC that we had installed by them as well as check all of our plumbing including our water heater. 11/11/25 Corey, Codey and two others came out to help us with some plumbing problems today. It was not a straight hi forward problem. They removed the toilets, photographed our lines, reset new toilets and advised us to pursue a possible mainline problem. They were skilled, courteous and friendly, and quick. Their plumber Brad Steele came to do my yearly plumbing safety inspection. He walked me through everything he was checking. He tested my water to make sure the softener was working correctly. He showed me what to watch for on faucet handles, toilet levels, water filters and how to make sure my washing machine was cared for correctly among other things. Brad then asked if all of my outside faucets worked ok. I'm so glad he did because I have an Outside faucet that drips but I forget about it until I use it. He inspected it and explained how it was leaking. He was able to give me a quote and then got it repaired the same visit. I was really impressed with the service. I pay for their yearly subscription of services and I feel like it is really worth the value And gives me piece of mind as a home owner. read more

It gives us peace of mind to have Triple T do a six-month check on our furnace and AC. During our recent visit, we asked the technician Calvin why there was water leaking from the white PVC pipe on top of the furnace. He said the pipe was not sealed properly and there was slight chance of carbon monoxide also escaping the pipe. We were able to schedule a repair within a short period of time as well as add a surge protector to the furnace. I have to tell you that nothing goes right when it comes to home repairs. My interaction with Triple T was no different. However, I will say that their folks are polite and professional. We had a snag in communication, but their manager called me to explain what happened and how they adjusted their procedures to make things better for customers going forward. Our water heater went out in the night. Frustrating! Inconvenient! The next morning I called Triple T. Very shortly the technician (Brady) was at the door precisely at the time the receptionist and the follow up Email stated. It wasn't long until the water heater was fixed at the price we were quoted which was substantially less than we thought it would be. Brady was knowledgeable and professional. The end result was hot water and satisfied customers. This isn't the first time we have used the good folks at Triple T and it won't be the last. Each fall we use them to check our furnace and whenever we have problems.....They are only a phone call away. Professional. Punctual and certainly affordable. At first, they seemed great, however having to get another plumber in I now have a way to compare! Triple T ended up being far more expensive than another who actually took the time to show me (with a camera) without charging more and guaranteed their work. Used to go here anytime I needed a filter for the furnace or a screen for the humidifier. I went in a while back for a part and got to overhear the conversation about the parts cost and how much to charge me. The price was more than 3X the cost plus shipping. Went on line got the same part for a few bucks less than what the supposed cost was. Won't go back. read more

I really liked the tech that came to the house, Jake. He was nice and courteous, but a few days after my original block, the company and manager decided that the original $1,100 I paid for them to unclog my pipes was not enough, and 3 days later they wanted to charge me to come out to the house to finish the job they didn't actually do. I had another firm come out, camera'd the pipes and sure enough it was roots that needed more work. Tech might be good, but the corporate policies are not consumer friendly. read more

WARNING, very dishonest. Took advantage of my wife. Charged her $250 for a $30 dollar capacitor. 20 minute visit cost $320.

I have been in my home for 11 years and the fireplace has never worked properly. The contractor that built my home would not back up his work and come fix it. I had Triple T come out and see if there was anything they could do. It was a brand they don't normally work on so they said there would be no charge for the house visit. But then Jasun Balzly the service technician went one step further and took off the cover to check it out as a courtesy. He also took off the cover plate on the switch to make sure it had power. He eventually found some lose wires and got them tightened. He then cleaned out the very dusty fireplace and made the glass look like new. Now my fireplace looks and feels brand new. It works great and for the first time in 11 years we can enjoy it. This was all done on a brand they normally don't work on but is a great example of doing all they can to help the customer out. I will always use Triple T for my heating and A/C issues. read more

Honest, friendly service. They came to my house on a holiday when my air conditioning went out in the middle of summer, the tech saw that I had a baby and immediately called to rush the order (at no extra fee) because he knew how important it was to keep the house cold during 100 degree weather.
