My friend called me and said she was in tears when she saw the flowers, she said they were beautiful and fresh. She said she noticed them from afar because they were so pretty and walked over to see them up close, she read the card and started crying. She said seeing the flowers meant a lot to her and her Mother. Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead.
