From the moment we connected, he was courteous, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time and dedicated nearly eight hours to making the car look its absolute best. This car has been generally well-loved, but it carried more than a few furry friends along the way, so the dog hair was no small challenge--but he handled it beautifully. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the results exceeded every expectation. On top of that, his pricing was more than fair for the time and effort he put in. This was a great investment. Tony was easy and quick to communicate with. Very flexible on scheduling. He showed up to my house with all equipment needed. He did a full interior and exterior detail of my Jeep Compass. I had some scratches that he was able to remove. The interior received a deep cleanse, shampoo and vacuuming. The entire car looks brand new. His customer service was great. The weather turned bad before he could complete; and he showed up the next morning for a final wax finish. Tony did an unbelievably detailed job on taking care of my car. I guess this is why they call it a car detailing... it literally looks brand new, and he was able to get out some minor defects and blemishes on the interior leather and upholstery as well as the exterior paint and finish. I received a new car from work and it was clearly driven by someone before who was just dirty. The car only had 3000 miles on it but looked like it was 30000 on the inside and had this weird smell. I'll start this off by saying I have NEVER had anything detailed before. I am absolutely blown away by Tony's attention to detail and his willingness to do what needs to be done PERFECTLY. He guarantees all of his work! If you're not happy with his performance or if you notice he missed something he comes back and fixes it free of charge. He is also mobile, meaning you can stay at home and leave your car in the driveway while he does his work. Tony is passionate about detailing cars, he takes pride in his work and he is very sociable. He asks you to look over his work before he leaves to make sure you're happy. His prices are very reasonable and are even lower then bigger detailing companies. All of Tony's work is done BY HIM so you never have to worry it won't be done correctly. Tony was only coming to wash and detail the outside of my vehicle. I had a bunch of tiny white specs in my black leather seats and he took the time to remove EVERY SINGLE ONE. The seats look better then I thought possible after his deep clean. If you're reading this and trying to decide on what detailing service to use. STOP HERE. Tony has an incredible work ethic and truly cares about what he does.
