I was able to rinse my car off for five dollars. My disappointment was that I was usiing the foam brush and there was only suds coming out for the very beginning and then it stopped . It was really confusing to even know how to use the machine. There's a small green button up high that says" on " which you need to push to get started, but that is masked by all the stop signs and advertising and instructions and taped items that don't work. So the process is: Put your credit card in or get your coins from vending; insert coins or credit card and press start. The other part I don't like is that if you want to use coins, the vending is a walk across the machine operated touchless car wash. That could be dangerous. If a car with water on the front windshield pushes out while you're walking to get coins. read more

Do not use tunnel wash. I had a tire valve stem made of metal ripped off my vehicle from the tire cleaning brushes.

Woody, My second review as a long time customer and membership client. My last review, over a year ago, mentioned the poor quality of your vacuums. This is still a major problem that has gotten worse. i had to get used to a new pattern of going too (2) of the (8) vacuums that actually work, now those (2) don't work well either. Caution , Caution!!! use at your own risk!! My car got stuck in this car wash for about 10 minutes when it malfunctioned the attendant didn't know what to do. Damage was done to my rim ( about a $600 repair) I may need to take them to small claims court . Use at your own risk!! read more

I had visited Woody's for a bit in the past, but had stopped because the people (esp. management) were very unfriendly. About a few months ago, I had started back and things were a lot different. The first time back, I went to the "touchless" car wash machine. I'm not a big fan of the machine, but after it was done, my wife's car looked great. The second time, I took my car there, same machine. Same result...great! I had decided to take my car into the actual "Car Wash" with the brushes, and my car looked AMAZING! I was very impressed, even with the soft cloth drying the employees do at the end. I am a fan and hope they continue the awesome work. I would highly recommend. read more

Easy in, easy out. Polite staff. The attendants doing a bit of hand drying is a nice touch. However, it left me with higher than normal expectations. I still had water lines on my driver and shot gun doors from the rear view mirror drip offs and also on the trunk door.... water lines that look turned to dirt lines after it all dried. The self service vacuums are $1.00 for 4 minutes and they accept credit card. The vacuum suction is pretty good, but it couldn't stand up to 100% of the dog hair on my floor boards in the back, it was able and to suck up about 90% of it. read more

This place totally sucks, basically same prices as mikes car wash. When u pull out of the car wash there is a man standing there waiting to wipe off our car with a sign asking for tips. At those prices I feel this is tacky. Also I hadn't hit my rear view mirror button yet to put them back in place and the guy started pulling on them!!!!! Super quick and efficient and most of all cheap. Plus they wipe off your windows for you. They do have a wash your own car station for those of you who like to get your hands dirty. As well as fragrance vacuum cleaner stations. Warning! This place gets packed when the weather is nice or when it snows and then the sun decides to shine for a week in Cincy! Yeah. That's right. It's just a car wash. But Woody's is always well maintained. The self serve stalls are clean and the sprayers all work--unlike some car washes closer to home that are dirty and mostly broken. It's well worth it to come here instead. Even the walls are clean so that you never feel like you're just splashing more dirt and debris on the car. Maybe it's just the contrast to other more inferior places, but Woody's deserves fives stars. read more

I have been to Woody's about 20 times and felt ripped off by self cleaning bays a few times so stopped washing my car there. However, last night I stopped to vacuum my car and used my credit card because I did not have quarters. My card was charged $12 for about 3 minutes of vacuuming!!!!! This place is always clean, efficient and my car comes out sparkling. The employees are always hustling and working hard. A great establishment for the community. I highly recommend over other car wash places. They give care to the details. They really wash it good before you even go into the wash and then they have 2 people there drying it when you are done. Excellent wash, reasonable price. They even towel off the windows and mirrors at the end. Just took my car in for the cheapest exterior wash and the car came out looking great. With the towel-off at the end, there were no water spots on the car either. Great job !! read more

I have been coming to Woody's Express Carwash for about 6-7 years. I really like the company mainly because they have someone drying your car off once you go through the express car wash. (I am short and hate getting out my car and drying my car off). However, I've never had any issues until today. I went through the Carwash and right before I pulled off I got a notice on my dash that my tire pressure was low. I got out my car (after they dried it off) and my front driver side tire was completely flat. I immediately told the workers and they got Steve their manager. Steve and the workers were wonderful. They immediately changed my tire to my spare tire and Steve sent me to CarX up to have them fix my tire. He said he had never seen anything like this happen before but he would not leave me and my baby stranded. Come to find out at CarX, my tire pressure sensor was somehow knocked off while I was going through the car wash. Woody, the owner, ended up paying to get the tire/sensor fix. Steve even came up to CarX to make sure that everything was okay and gave me a free car wash. Their customer service was the best. I will continue to go to Woodys because of the quick and spectacular service and would recommend them to everybody. Thanks a lot, Woody, Steve and the workers. read more

Back to back visits to wash my car at the self serve and each time the "bubble brush" step did not function until 2 - 2 1/2 minutes after the selection was made. I typically run through the same process of presoak, them bubble brush and then rinse. With almost 1/2 the time wasted due to poor equipment operation.... how's it lookin' Marty?... NOT GOOD! I understand things happen but.... 2 different car wash bays it happened and the 1sr time I pointed it out to the employee (said he would report it), and the second time was Tuesday 4-11-17 at 6:00 pm and with no one around, I called and left a voicemail but as of 4-14-17.... not a word back. read more

I used to like Woodys car wash, but today the kid drying my car made it a smeary mess. Also I have noticed little black specks like tar on my car all over it. The car wash told my husband it was because of the tire treatment...I have never had the tire treatment. read more
