Since apparently IdentoGo also does TSA service, I asked her to confirm that I was signed up for FBI background check. She nonchalantly said " I don't know. This is FBI equipment". After fingerprinting was done, she abruptly said "50", not even a request for payment. I told her the site says "$25", she said another " I don't know" and told me to ask my potential employer. When I asked her how long the result will take, she gave a third "I don't know" answer. This is what's wrong with the government; they subcontract the work to a 3rd party company who charges double the price and does not care about customer service at all.
