Just got a text, sorry, we can't do it Thursday. No follow-up day? No nothing. He is having surgery on Friday. So another month of not being groomed. The original owner Denise wouldn't be happy . I have recommended this company for years. I take it back. The new owner used to groom our pup. Obviously could care less, now . Lots of other mobile groomers and time to look elsewhere. And find a reliable Groomer. Which Denise's isn't.

It was very clean and the signage made it easy to quickly find what we wanted. Had to sign up to be a member to use the coupon but the process was quick. They have a self serve dog wash area that looks nice, but I did check the prices on that amenity. Minus a star because while they had my brand of dog food, they didn't have the specific variety I usually get. The price after coupon was a really good deal so we made their selection work.

I am traveling with my new kitten and she got diarrhea and I had to take her to the ER. She is fine now but I wanted to get her a bath before driving back to Iowa city. The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay.
