Used through American Home Shield home warranty. They are the worst the technical showed up never even said hello rude and arrogant,said we need a new water heater but we would have to pay $1000 out of pocket for non covered installation. We said ok came back with a new water heater installed but he left and the heater never went on. Had to call home warranty company to send out another person whom finally got it all working. Then we find out the $1000 out of pocket at leastv$500 of the so called changes they had to make they never did. We called the woman whom owns this company then said everything was done not giving you any money back. Maybe, just maybe, if I'm going to be charged $450 for a sump pump install, even though I have AHS, the rude and arrogant technician could tighten the hose clamps on the drainage pipe. Contacted this company through my home warranty. Company said they would come out 8-12. They called me at 7am and then I got a message saying "sorry we missed you". They did not knock, my dog would have barked, they did call, but at 7am my phones on silent considering im sleeping. I do not appreciate being told a time frame and the company not sticking to it. This company is trash reporting them to the Ohio A.G Office. American Home Shield sent to fix a linking kitchen sink and pipe in the basement. The tech told me one thing and left I never heard from them. I had to pay out of pocket for another company to fix the problem. They were contacted through AHS  A WATER SOLUTION, INC. ******I had to pay $125 for the service call for them PLUS I had to pay out the $169.04 for #*#"#" # to actually do the work, which should've been free if he had done it correctly under the home warranty policy. Instead of trying to price gouge & have me pay out of pocket $5000 plus additional home repair after destroying my property.***** I had multiple problems with the technician that was dispatched. 1. He was here for no more than ten minutes & proclaimed that my job was preexisting the date of my policy April & likely would be out of pocket. 2. He said the cost would be between $4,000-$5,000 out of pocket, without the flooring, concrete or drywall repairs. I told him that it only began leaking about a week ago & had a photo with the time stamp.   3. He said he'd have to rip out my drywall, all the new flooring & concrete. I said if that was the case that my homeowners would likely cover at least a part of this, he said no. I disagreed again on the date & what needed to be repaired. He was extremely short with me and rude the entire time, speaking to me like I knew nothing. He told me he wasn't going to debate or argue with me & just left. I then immediately contacted #*#"#" # for their free estimate. I figured they could tell me if they agreed with his assessment or if it was something else. They were here in less than twenty minutes. They addressed the problem immediately and it was as thought, it was the clean out cap that had corroded & needed replaced. They did the work for a total cost of $169.04.  They also said that it wasn't leaking on the flooring until recently & it was only dripping on the surface, not from underneath, no buckling involved or other water damage as he was trying to state. He was aware that I'm in poor health on medications, oxygen ECT. He was using scare tactics and trying to take advantage of me. A Water Solutions was sent to my home by American Home Shield to look at my toilets. The guy showed up more then 30 minutes late and took a few seconds to look at my toilets to only say "this isn't covered" under your warranty despite saying admitting the condition of my toilet is normal wear and tear. The issue is that it's flushing power was weak and he said "the Jett" wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Who the heck routinely cleans "the Jett?" He didn't take a deep look, he didn't attempt to work with us; all he tried to do was get out of doing any sort of work on my toilets. Horrible service and very disappointing. read more

AHS assigned this company. The technician came out for tub stoppage and garbage disposal. He did not fix the stoppage the first time so he had to come back. He came back fixed the disposal and I had to remind him of the stoppage. He looked at it and said he had to call AHS for approval. He knew that his diagnosis was not going to be covered. He didn't want to do the work. I removed the company from my list, but I'm sure they don't care. read more

Horrible. We have had them here twice. Assigned by our home warrantee company to fix plumbing problems. Both times they did nothing, reported to the insurance company a mis-diagnosis of relatively simple plumbing problems and I had to get a second opinion and new plumber out who could actually do simple plumbing repairs. I will not allow this company to be assigned to provide service at my home again and strongly recommend AGAINST ever using them for anything. Sorry but just no. read more

The tech from A Water Solution came out to my home to repair the divirter for my shower and maybe also replace the faucet which was not allowing the shower to be completely turned on. He took a picture and said he didn't have any parts on his truck. You know what the issue is before coming to my address so why don't you have the parts?? He was getting ready to leave and I asked why he didn't have the parts and he said he had to get AHS permission to fix it. AHS already knew what the problem was. He then reported to AHS that it was not covered due to home owner abuse and that I should clean it. Even if that were the problem, there is no way for me to do that without taking it apart and I'm not a plumber, hence the reason for the home warranty to begin with. I can assure you that my bathroom is clean and if I could have fixed it then I would have. Extremly poor service on A water solution and AHS. Ask for another plumber if this one gets assigned to your home. read more

The initial visit was fine they fixed my leaking toilet and needed to come back to fix my leaking kitchen faucet. Today was the return visit to do so. The contractor changed out my faucet and then called me into the kitchen to tell me that I did not have any hot water, which was working before he came. He explained that the knob to turn the water of was old and that the system needed to be flushed because of a fresh water exemption. He said that he needed to go out and call to let the home insurance company know and to get approval. That once he came back in that he would be able to fix it.... That didn't happen, he returned with excuses and said that he MAY HAVE TIME to come back and fix it... He left, apparently he was not happy with my reaction or my response. Instead of coming back to fix the issue that he left he canceled the order now I have to wait for an entire new company to come and fix the problem that that A Water Solution Inc. was not professional enough to come and finish. So disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I will not tell my worst enemy to use this company under any circumstances. read more

Horrible results , misdiagnosed the problem and attempted to charge over $500 just to repair an outside HOSE BIB. Must be running some type of SCAM operation. I had a 3rd party plumber come out after to fix the hose bib Which needed only a $7 part. Avoid the company at all costs.. !!!! read more

We had a plumbing blockage so we called our home warranty insurance and they sent them out to fix the problem. When Matt arrived he was only there 15 mins. and only snake the outside drain and said there was nothing blocking it. But never once snaked the drain on the inside of the house. Still over flowing. Had to call another plumber of my own and found out that there are tree roots in my drain. So I would never recommend this company to anyone. read more

American Home Shield contracted them to repair my shower, which caused a leak in the ceiling below when it was turned on. The technician Matt came out and was rude and condescending from the get-go. I told him about the leak and there was visible water damage, and he insisted on turning on the shower just to "verify" that it was actually leaking from the ceiling, which could have caused further damage. I called AHS and had them send a different contractor. Don't trust these people. read more

American Home Shield assigned them to take a look at my leaking faucet. Their technician Jesse showed up after 4 days, took some pictures and promised to submit them to AHS the same day to get approval to do the work. After 3 days of no action, I call up AHS to realize they haven't received anything from A Water solutions. After multiple attempts to contact them, I finally got through to Erika and she tells me they determined the leak was my fault, implying I was using force to spoil my own faucet so I can suffer from not being able to use it for over a week! Essentially they gave me a run around for not doing the work and I can't believe AHS has reassigned them to fix it. Considering the number of negative reviews and their continued negative attitude towards providing the services they are meant to provide, I am surprised they are still in business. read more

Buyer beware. I can't help but feel ripped off by this company. They came as the contractor selected by my home warranty company to replace my hot water tank. They came, broke my interior door, left the empty box behind for me to dispose of, left open materials behind, had to be asked to come back and turn the gas back on and then over charged for the repairs. I was charged $400 (not including the cost of the tank) for the removal and installation. The work took no more than an hour and likely material well under $100. If I could give less than 1 star I would. AHS sent this provider out he was here for less than 15 minute. He was more concerned with telling the builder was cheap and installed a number of things wrong or not as he would have. I called AHS back stating what a terrible experience that I had and they told me my items were not covered. when I asked why I told the person they sent out stated the expansion tank was not installed correctly because he would have used different bracket and it was not a a fixed to anything. The provider is dishonest because you can clearly see the bracket and the screws attached. Basically at this point I would agree with the other reviewers stating they are just collecting the fee with no true intentions of fixing anything. Shame on AHS for allowing this to go on. also I was to by AHS that this company has a AAA rating with them as a top provide.
