Let's say I walked in today and HAD to try a different place because they didn't have my reservation and didn't even seem concerned. They acknowledged they made the reservation, but since they were busy they couldn't do it. They said I they had openings later this week. I left work early to get there and just getting the appointment took days and was more work than I generally want to do for a service. So, when they didn't apologize and couldn't honor their agreement, I left. (I was not rude prior to leaving, even then I just said it was too much work and I had left work early, so no I didn't want more of their 'service'.) Went less than a mile down the street to a much more upscale salon and was able to get my hair cut right away for a very reasonable price. Unless you need to be patriotic (there's a big flag behind the empty reception area) while getting your hair cut, or have time to be jerked around, go somewhere else!

For scheduling, she is flexible and open; in rare instances when she is not immediately available, Anna is fantastic about communicating openings in the next day or so. I found them through Facebook and reached out immediately. When I found them, I was already on my connecting flight about to take off but they had a texting option. I sent a quick text and let them know what I was looking for and asked for appointment and availability. They responded immediately with great pricing and were available. I told them I would reach out as soon as I landed to confirm an appointment. Soon as I landed qns secured my rental and called to.confirm my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes later. As soon as I arrived l was greeted and offered cider and donuts! There was no wait and was taken immediately. Veronica, my stylist, did a quick consult and quoted me a great price for qah, deep condition, flat iron and small trim. Veronica is amazing! I had the best wash ever! I had a hot towel around my neck, a back rest cushion. I was in and out in 90 minutes and extremely happy with the final product!
