I called and they had someone at our house in less than a half an hour. He went over and above his original scope of work by tightening up the entire bed frame and also welding the bed frame support. This company would never send any personal information regarding inquiries they have had. What this woman fails to mention is that I was already aware that she would try to copy our parts and knew who it was long before she ever requested a quote from AP. They stood by me as a long time customer and politely told her that they would not use my tools that I paid for to manufacture parts for her. That is integrity. They will not take a dime at someone else's expense. They never once gave me any of her personal information, not even her name. She went out of her way to locate my manufacturer with the intention of having my products copied and it was handled poorly on MY end, not by AP. I want to take the full blame for that review, as I should not have posted about it publicly.

I WILL NEVER recommend this company to anyone! So unprofessional to share my personal information with another competitor of mine. Not to mention, when I sent them what they said about me and the screen shots of it, they never responded with an apology or anything. This resulted in my name being drug in the mud as well as the other company messaging me to tell me to leave their supplier alone and harassing me. Ledezma Ornamental is one of those companies! Henry (Enrique) and Arturo were so accommodating and professional. I have a rental condo that I was doing a full remodel on and the stairwell was an eyesore. I knew I wanted something special made that you would see as soon as you walked in. They reviewed a few of my pictures and drew up something quickly. We agreed on a price and away they went. They were very clear on timelines on how long things would take and stuck to their word. When they returned to dry fit the railings I was so happy! I couldn't believe how nice the design was and then off to powder coating it went. In the end, the railings were exactly what I wanted. So pretty, incredibly strong and they installed it very well. I even had a few little minor touch-ups I needed and they came back when asked. All in all, you will be VERY happy with Ledezma!
