We took our art work in with us to try and get it exactly how we imagined the vehicle to look. Steve was awesome helping us get the placement right. Alec also stepped in and made suggestions on the finish product. Here is the kicker and main reason for the 5 star review. Once we agreed to go with a matte instead of gloss the process began. When we went to pick it up there was a mix up somewhere and gloss was installed on the vehicle. Instead of just tearing it off and starting over they did something unprecedented. Because the gloss looked good before the tore it off they printed out a matte finish logo and put it on the door so we could compare the 2. We chose the matte finish and with in minutes they had the original wrap off and was printing the new the one. In less than 24 hours they were 100% complete with the re-wrap of the vehicle. No questions asked. If you ever find better customer service than that. I suggest you hold on to it. I know we will take all of our future work to these guys no questions asked.
