TERRIBLE SERVICE!! I have gotten my lips done here before the relocation, when it was much smaller and the service was mediocre but this past time it was terrible. I recently came in for a mini touch up on my lips. When I got to my appointment they made me wait an hour before even seeing me and once they brought me to the back room the lady made me sit in the chair and was going to immediately start injecting me without any type of consultation of what I wanted. I had to stop her to let her know that I had a specific goal and before she started I reminded her that I booked for a half syringe to which she replied "we'll see". She finished my top lip but once she got to my bottom lip, she said that she had already used up the half syringe on my top lip and tried to convince me to get a full syringe. I knew I didn't want a full syringe but she kept pushing so I was left with a full top lip and a small bottom lip. The service felt rushed and the woman injecting definitely did not care about my goals. I am extremely disappointed with my results because my lips look very uneven. I have recommended this place to friends but I definitely will let them know to never come here and the experience I had. read more

IG will probably make you wanna go here. Prices are pretty affordable and the pictures of their work look good on there. BUT... 1. I'm not sure if the injector is actually a nurse. Nowhere on the IG or website does it say what credentials she has. 2. They will of course only post what looks good. Consider that and the fact the page doesn't show healed lips, just lips immediately after injection. Healed lips will look different. You don't know if the way she did it is the correct way or if your fillers will heal bumpy or migrate. 3. If you're gunna get anything done let it be lips at least she's been doing that. The other services seem to be newer and she might just be practicing on people not knowing what the end result will be. Then you'll have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars correcting the mistakes. Having to dissolve your filler and start over. 4. They take your photos without asking, they post you on IG without asking. So if you're uncomfortable being on the internet or maybe you don't want people to know what you got done. Rethink coming here. 5. No aftercare. They don't provide any type of aftercare information. You'll be left clueless with how to deal with whatever procedure you just had. It's really awkward. Because you assume they'll give you detailed information prior to and after procedure. No. LASTLY: just educate yourself before you think oh this seems affordable and looks from the photos like they can do a good job. This is your face and times are hard people don't have money to waste. Just be careful. (I had work done here and I wish I did more research or waited til I had more money to invest in a drs office) Good luck! read more

I got my lips done here everything felt super rushed. She takes one client after the other which kudos for being busy but make sure you are treating each patient with perfection. As for my lips they were totally lopsided one side of my lip was bigger than the other so scheduled an appointment to come back about 10 days later. And it was noticeable everyone was telling me how crooked it was to the point I had to wear a mask until I could get it fixed. The nurse was late to my appt. It was scheduled at 11:00 they numbed me at 11:20 but I didn't get seen until around 12:15 so numbing cream had already warn off. Also they never told me what we were waiting on and just kept repeating "The nurse is getting ready" meanwhile the nurse wasn't even in the building yet. It is now 2 weeks after my correction and still lopsided. I have been massaging my lips everyday to try to make them straight but it's just painful and not working. Got my lips done at a different place and it was a totally different experience. This place botched me. Turned me off from any type of filling in the future. And this was done at their new location on west rd in Houston. read more
