The employee raised his voice to my father in front of other customers and staff and continued to berate him even after he had apologized multiple times. My father is a 76-year-old disabled veteran, and the continued hostility was upsetting enough that he began experiencing symptoms related to PTSD and felt he needed to leave the store.
