Quality of their products are amazing . I bought several jewelry there. Pricing is also exceptional .

I came into this location about three weeks ago and had a good experience with Jessica. We looked at some jewelry and said we'd come back another day. She was super helpful, friendly, and knew her stuff. So we came back on May 12th around 1:30 PM ready to buy, and I really wish we had just turned around when we didn't see her. No one greeted us.....not one employee. The only person who even said anything was the security guard, and funny enough, he actually remembered us from our last visit he ever said "hey welcome back" when he saw us. We started walking around, and a few employees were just chatting with each other. They saw us, definitely made eye contact, but no one came over or said anything. After about 5-10 minutes of us looking around and being ignored, an older white guy (semi-tall, gray hair, black frame glasses) was standing nearby. He didn't greet us either, but he had no problem going straight to two women who walked in after us and offered them something (which they ended up not even taking). Still, he didn't say a word to us. At that point, it started to feel personal, i felt we were being judged or profiled. I don't know if it was race or just assumptions based on how we looked, but it didn't sit right. We ended up sitting down and I told my boyfriend, "If no one says anything to us in 2 minutes, we're leaving." Finally, a taller Hispanic guy with a bald head and glasses came over. He had been chatting with someone when we first walked in, so it's not like he didn't see us. When I said, "We're being ignored by everyone," he apologized and started helping us. He showed us two rings, and we asked him to put in an offer on one. He said he'd go check with "him"..... I assume a manager or the owner. He came back like two minutes later with an offer that honestly felt like a joke. No effort to talk to us, no questions about what we were looking for, just flat energy all around. I've been to other Max Pawn locations, and the experience was totally different, way more welcoming and helpful. This location didn't feel that way at all. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there. I really hope whoever runs this store checks the footage from that day and see how we were completely ignored. These employees are being paid to sell, and it didn't feel like they cared to do that. Definitely not planning to come back to this location. read more

I have to be honest! The customer service there is not so great. I feel there expectations for loans or buying product from you is a bit much. They want the product to be in pristeen, almost brand new condition, as if you bought it full price in a luxury boutique. And they kind of turn there noses up at you if they don't want to loan or buy. At least, that's been my experience the few times I have visited there. I mean this a pawn shop that's selling second hand luxury, but it's not like you're buying it from a CHANEL boutique or Hermés boutique. I tried to sell a YSL belt bag to them & the young lady quickly turned me away because she said the hardware was damaged & the leather was dried up & cracked. I laughed inside & informed her that it was purposely handcrafted that way & was the look of the piece. Yes the leather was cracked & then glazed with a shiny lacquered coat.But not patent leather. The hardware was a rustic burnt gold that was also part of the look of that collection. She said the other bags in her store didn't look like that & compared YSL to CHANEL. I said well, it's not Chanel it Yves Saint Laurent & every fashion house has a designer like Karl Lagerfeld (RIP) for Chanel or Anthony Vaccarello for YSL. Clearly two different designers with different visions & creations for their House. She clearly was not taught or schooled about the luxury labels they seek. read more

First pawn shop experience. There was a vast selection of luxury leather goods at fair prices. Robert had a lot of patience with us as we checked out several handbags. Nearly every piece was flawless. Robert demonstrated more knowledge of inventory than any retail luxury handbag salesperson I've ever encountered. There was no pressure to purchase. The overall experience was so good, we visited another location the following day. I will have a hard time purchasing handbags at full retail price in the future. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I bought a Louis Vuitton purse for $1000 plus tax. I got it home and realized it was way too large, it just wasn't practical and just way too large. I tried to call the very next day ... But it was after hours, so I sent a text (an option they give you on their website). I never received a phone call the next day. I called them, explained the situation and he placed me on hold, only to come back on the line and tell me that they would "buy it back from me for 1/2 of what I paid". I didn't even use it. I had all of the original tags, the certificate of authenticity and the dust bag they gave me. I purchased it on 10/8/25, tried to reach out to them on 10/09/25 and made contact with them on 10/10/25. Their website says items can be returned within 14 days. It doesn't specify in store purchases can only be returned within 24 hours. They said they were trying to be fair... Fair? Are you kidding me? They stole $500 from me, I didn't even use the bag. I paid $500 for nothing. Don't deal with these crooks. How can they justify stealing $500 from me? Shawna and Robert are the managers, they were there and didn't even try to help. But as a 1st time seller..I feel like it was an ok turnaround. The employees are professional there & I like that they do 2nd authentication process. They seem well trained in what they are looking at. That being said...They should really update their online photos of what they sale in there! Amazing bags! The energy of the place was just very negative when I walked in. Not a SINGLE rep greeted me, not a single person acknowledged me or asked if I needed help.
