She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.

Very very nice. Attentive. Organized. They offer a lot of services too. I took a star off because it did take awhile without an appointment. Not in the best area of town, but it was close to the schools admissions office that I already had to drive to. I agree with the recommendation given by the school because of the value... they offered a fair price. The staff was very organized, efficient and friendly. My opinion is based off of comparisons to other fingerprint companies I have been to in the past decade.... Usually a totally opposite experience is expected.

I totally expected to walk in, fill out some paperwork, get my finger prints taken, and get out and think nothing of this place, but they threw a curve ball at me with absolute amazing customer service. From the prime clerk, to the FP-Tech, they were all so friendly and welcoming. It's one of the very few offices I had trouble walking out of because I was enjoying the conversation. Now, to the actual work. They're very very quick, but I did notice that they get super random waves of people. When I got in, there was no one there. 10 minutes later, there was 6 of us there. 5 minutes later, I was done and out, and there was only 1 other girl after me. Have your stuff ready, and trust that they will have all their ducks in a row. You really get the bang for your buck here since it doesn't cost much at all, and they work very efficiently. This is now my go-to fingerprinting place whenever I need to do this again.

I took the fingerprinting first as it was the quickest. I came back the following week and because they don't do same day appointments had to wait an hour to get my blood drawn. Then another hour after that to get a physical done when I was advised i'd be 10-15 minutes at most. The staff was extremely kind and patient but I do think they would benefit from hiring more staff to sufficiently go through the clients needing to be assisted.

If you ever need fingerprints done for anything, I'd highly suggest coming here if you live in the Henderson area. They charged $68 for the services, and I guess I am ok with that. The technician explained why I had to get fingerprints again despite the fact I had done it before and people's fingerprints do not change unless something tragic happens to their fingers either on accident or on purpose, but I kind of understand their thought process.

I told them that I sometimes buy an over-the-counter muscle relaxer which is completely legal and can be purchased at any Smoke Shop in town. On the basis of that *alone*! he checked a box on my physical that says I take (name of over-the-counter item here) and that "He has a concern that this OTC item would impact my ability to satisfactorily perform duties on a particular assignment "Including but not limited to addiction to depressants /stimulants /narcotics /alcohol or other drugs which could alter his or her behavior"! This person (initials VK) wrote this on my Pre-employment physical form. That is undoubtedly why ever since my physical was done I have not had a *single* job assignment at my place of work. I had been very busy working until I had this annual physical done at Fingerprinting Express. I don't know if this person VK has any medical background or not, but Fingerprinting Express needs to hire someone who does! If this person doesn't understand that an over-the-counter muscle relaxer is NOT a drug or a narcotic in any way, he needs to go get a degree before he goes back to work. This person's ignorance is obviously keeping me from getting work and I am very upset about it. I'm going to pay out-of-pocket to have my own physical done at a different facility that actually employs medical personnel that know what they're talking about.

The Black female employee who I spoke to on the phone and did my prints did a thorough job and had a pleasant air about her and strong customer service skills, and the Caucasian man who oversaw the prints offered me a napkin to wipe my sweat, a nice gesture and he was pleasant too. The names of the two employees escaped me. However, the wonderful experience didn't. I recommend AAA Fast Printing, and I would use them again to obtain top-notch fingerprints and service. My roll fingerprints onto a card cost 25.00, and as soon as you enter the front door of the building, the business is to the left.

She was not wearing a name tag so I unfortunately can not provide any details about her identity. I needed to do this before I could head to the office for my first day of work, so that they were open at 8 a.m. and easy to get to were big bonuses. After we got that unpleasantness out of the way, the rest of the experience was quick and painless. I filled out a basic form and then she did the rest. I was worried that it would be old school ink pads and whatnot but it was actually all electronic and I just needed to apply some location to my hands and we were off and running. Payment was quick and easy as well!
