I honestly felt like they were trying to sell us a time share with their hard sell tactics and buddy/buddy attitude towards us. The second company was better. The rep was here for around two hours and wasn't as obnoxious as the ones from the first company. The prices were better but still pretty high for what we were having done. Napier's was our third quote. My wife and I were around 10 min late meeting the rep at our house. While waiting for us, he went up on the roof, checked everything out, measured everything out, and had the quote ready. He spent maybe 15 minutes going through everything and the quote was around $4k less than the next cheapest quote we'd received. We appreciated his no nonsense, no BS approach and signed on the spot! The new roof was installed the following week while we were at work & we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! They did a fantastic job on both install and cleanup. My neighbor even commented on how impressed she was that they came into her yard to clean up, too! If you're looking for a no nonsense, honest company for a roof, do yourself a favor and contact Napier's first.
